【摘要】：建筑施工企業(yè)產(chǎn)品存在有體積大、地點(diǎn)固定、生產(chǎn)周期長、流動性強(qiáng)、人員多元化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)多樣性等特點(diǎn)給建筑企業(yè)財務(wù)管理工作帶來困難。建筑企業(yè)財務(wù)決策支持的信息化可以幫助企業(yè)規(guī)范財務(wù)管理相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高財務(wù)管理決策能力與水平。課題以中國新興建設(shè)開發(fā)總公司財務(wù)管理實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求為研究背景,通過采用信息化管理技術(shù)幫助企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)建筑企業(yè)財務(wù)決策支持系統(tǒng)。企業(yè)通過采用財務(wù)決策支持系統(tǒng)可進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)財務(wù)信息的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析匯總以及獲取各類財務(wù)決策信息等,幫助企業(yè)進(jìn)一步降低財務(wù)決策的風(fēng)險。論文首先闡述了財務(wù)決策支持系統(tǒng)研究的背景、意義。并對財務(wù)決策支持相關(guān)技術(shù)與方法國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,明確了課題研究的任務(wù)與目的。其次從系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)角度對建筑企業(yè)財務(wù)決策支持系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析、設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過對企業(yè)財務(wù)管理人員與相關(guān)決策管理人員進(jìn)行全面充分交流明確了用戶對建筑企業(yè)財務(wù)決策支持系統(tǒng)提出的功能需求與非功能需求并以此為依據(jù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與詳細(xì)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯模塊設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)模塊主要包括建筑企業(yè)財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)管理、財務(wù)分析管理、財務(wù)計(jì)劃與控制管理、財務(wù)預(yù)測與決策管理以及系統(tǒng)管理等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)功能模塊。最后從系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)與測試角度對建筑企業(yè)財務(wù)決策支持系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與測試相關(guān)工作進(jìn)行了闡述。重點(diǎn)完成了系統(tǒng)核心業(yè)務(wù)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)頁面、實(shí)現(xiàn)代碼與相關(guān)測試用例的展示與說明。系統(tǒng)測試結(jié)果表明所開發(fā)的建筑企業(yè)財務(wù)決策支持系統(tǒng)滿足用戶需求、符合系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要求。綜上所述本課題以用戶需求為背景、以建筑企業(yè)財務(wù)決策信息化建設(shè)與研究目的,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了符合企業(yè)實(shí)際財務(wù)決策管理要求的財務(wù)決策支持系統(tǒng)。幫助企業(yè)提高了財務(wù)決策管理的質(zhì)量與效率。
[Abstract]:The products of construction enterprises have large volume, fixed location, long production cycle and strong fluidity. The diversity of production technology brings difficulties to the financial management of construction enterprises. The informatization of financial decision support of construction enterprises can help enterprises standardize the business processes related to financial management. To improve the ability and level of financial management decision-making. The research background is based on the actual business requirements of financial management of China New China Construction and Development Corporation. By adopting information management technology to help enterprises design and develop financial decision support system of construction enterprises, enterprises can further realize the statistical analysis and summary of financial information and obtain all kinds of financial decision information by adopting financial decision support system. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of the research on financial decision support system, and analyzes the current research situation of the relevant technologies and methods of financial decision support at home and abroad. The task and purpose of the research are clarified. Secondly, the financial decision support system of construction enterprises is analyzed from the point of view of system design and development. Design and implementation. The functional and non-functional requirements of the financial decision support system of the construction enterprise are defined by the full and full communication between the financial management personnel and the relevant decision management personnel of the enterprise, and based on this, the author makes clear the functional requirements and the non-functional requirements of the financial decision support system of the construction enterprise. According to the system architecture design and the detailed business logic module design, the system business module mainly includes the financial data management of the construction enterprise. Financial analysis management, financial planning and control management, Financial forecasting and decision management, system management and other related business function modules. Finally, from the point of view of system implementation and testing, the paper describes the implementation and testing of financial decision support system in construction enterprises. The system core business function realization page, The system test results show that the financial decision support system of the construction enterprise meets the needs of users and meets the requirements of system design. Aiming at the construction and research purpose of financial decision information in construction enterprises, a financial decision support system is designed and developed to meet the requirements of enterprise financial decision management, which helps the enterprise to improve the quality and efficiency of financial decision management.
