【摘要】：隨著科技的高速發(fā)展,電子信息化時代已經(jīng)來臨,人們的生活與工作方式都已經(jīng)發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,無紙化電子辦公逐漸應(yīng)用到各個行業(yè)領(lǐng)域。辦公自動化系統(tǒng)(OA)已經(jīng)成為面向組織運作與管理,應(yīng)用最廣泛的信息管理系統(tǒng),并在企事業(yè)單位的日常辦公中扮演著重要的角色。經(jīng)過工作中逐步更新升級,當(dāng)今的辦公系統(tǒng)更加智能、完善。比起傳統(tǒng)的信息管理系統(tǒng),OA系統(tǒng)顯現(xiàn)為一種有思想、有模式、懂管理的智能軟件。在協(xié)同OA辦公系統(tǒng)中,表單作為一種重要的數(shù)據(jù)信息呈現(xiàn)方式,承載著數(shù)據(jù)信息在整個業(yè)務(wù)流程中進(jìn)行傳遞,是系統(tǒng)的核心。表單信息的填報與審批工作流是辦公系統(tǒng)中關(guān)鍵的功能。表單功能的智能化,決定了自定義表單具有更加廣泛的應(yīng)用場景。本設(shè)計實現(xiàn)一款操作靈活便捷、應(yīng)用功能強大、信息安全準(zhǔn)確的表單與審批業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)合的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。使用者可以在“所見即所得”的設(shè)計工具中,制作出符合業(yè)務(wù)邏輯需求的表單,和表單對應(yīng)的審批流程。對于一些復(fù)雜類型的表單填報和審批流程,都可以用本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)。程序開發(fā)者不必開發(fā)過多的表單填報程序,而是使用該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計出一系列表單,根據(jù)不同審批流程的定義,滿足現(xiàn)階段辦公需要,從而大大降低了開發(fā)成本。系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用在實際辦公場景中,可以更好地滿足日益紛繁復(fù)雜的電子化辦公需求,提高辦公效率和辦公質(zhì)量。設(shè)計使用Visual Studio2008作為開發(fā)工具,選擇ASP.NET作為主要開發(fā)技術(shù),使用SQL Server 2005關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫作為數(shù)據(jù)存儲支持,搭配前端JQuery框架共同實現(xiàn)可以在客戶端WEB瀏覽器中運行的系統(tǒng)。具有運行穩(wěn)定、操作簡便快捷、界面美觀等諸多優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the era of electronic information has come, and the way people live and work has undergone earth-shaking changes. Office automation system (OAA) has become the most widely used information management system for organizational operation and management. And plays an important role in the daily work of enterprises and institutions. After the work is gradually updated and upgraded, today's office system is more intelligent and perfect. Compared with the traditional information management system, OA system appears to be a kind of thinking and mode. In the collaborative OA office system, the form, as an important way of presenting data information, carries the data information in the whole business process. The form information report and approval workflow is the key function in the office system. The intelligence of the form function determines that the custom form has a more extensive application scenario. This design realizes a flexible and convenient operation. A powerful, secure and accurate application system that combines information security with business approval. Users can create a form that meets the business logic requirements in the WYSIWYG design tool. For some complex types of form filling and approval process, can be implemented with this system. Program developers do not need to develop too many form filling procedures, but use this system to design a series of forms, According to the definition of different examination and approval process, it can meet the need of office work at this stage, thus greatly reducing the development cost. To improve office efficiency and office quality, Visual Studio2008 is used as the development tool, ASP.NET is chosen as the main development technology, and SQL Server 2005 relational database is used as data storage support. With the front-end JQuery framework, the system can be run in the client WEB browser. It has many advantages, such as stable operation, easy to operate, beautiful interface and so on.
