【摘要】：微軟小冰引發(fā)了問答系統(tǒng)的新一輪研究熱潮。作為一種新型的信息檢索方式,問答系統(tǒng)能直接以自然語(yǔ)言與用戶進(jìn)行人性化的交互。而基于Web的問答系統(tǒng)能通過搜索引擎獲取開放的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的各種相關(guān)信息,并將以自然語(yǔ)言形式表述的準(zhǔn)確答案返回給用戶,因此此類系統(tǒng)同時(shí)具有搜索引擎和問答系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。首先,對(duì)基于Web的問答系統(tǒng)的研究背景與發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行了概述;然后,詳細(xì)介紹了基于Web的問答系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)及其問題分析、信息檢索、答案抽取這三大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展;在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了基于Web的問答系統(tǒng)所面臨的問題;最后,對(duì)基于Web的問答系統(tǒng)的未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Microsoft Little Ice has triggered a new round of research on question-and-answer systems. As a new form of information retrieval, The Q & A system can directly interact with the user in natural language, while the Q & A system based on Web can obtain all kinds of relevant information on the open Internet through search engine. And the exact answer expressed in natural language is returned to the user, so this kind of system has the advantages of both search engine and question answering system. Firstly, the research background and development history of question and answer system based on Web are summarized. This paper introduces in detail the structure of the question answering system based on Web and the research progress of the three key technologies: question analysis, information retrieval and answer extraction. On this basis, the problems faced by the question answering system based on Web are analyzed. The future development trend of Q & A system based on Web is prospected.
