【摘要】：基于江蘇省國(guó)家智慧城市試點(diǎn)的建設(shè)任務(wù)書,對(duì)智慧社區(qū)建設(shè)實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理總結(jié),提出智慧社區(qū)建設(shè)中對(duì)社會(huì)性因素關(guān)注不足的系列反思。在這種背景下,引入"社會(huì)建構(gòu)的技術(shù)觀"理論,試圖在技術(shù)與社會(huì)互動(dòng)的研究框架中對(duì)現(xiàn)存問題進(jìn)行剖析,并提出在明確傳統(tǒng)社區(qū)發(fā)展核心要義的基礎(chǔ)上,將新的技術(shù)、方法和理念充分融入傳統(tǒng)社區(qū)發(fā)展框架的新思路和策略,期望在市場(chǎng)化和技術(shù)導(dǎo)向的洪流中找回智慧社區(qū)的根基,正確把握社區(qū)智慧化建設(shè)的意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the construction task book of the National Wisdom City in Jiangsu Province, this paper systematically summarizes the present situation of the practice of the construction of the intelligent community, and puts forward a series of reflections on the insufficient attention to the social factors in the construction of the intelligent community. By introducing the theory of "the technology view of social construction", this paper attempts to analyze the existing problems in the framework of the research on the interaction between technology and society, and puts forward that the new technology should be put forward on the basis of clarifying the core meaning of traditional community development. The methods and ideas are fully integrated into the new ideas and strategies of the traditional community development framework. It is hoped that the foundation of the intelligent community will be found in the current of marketization and technology-oriented, and the significance of the construction of community wisdom will be correctly grasped.
