海綿城市建設期間多路段并發(fā)施工方案研究及系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:暴雨天氣的頻繁發(fā)生,特別是雨季的持續(xù)強降雨天氣,導致我國很多地區(qū)大面積洪澇災害蔓延,不少城市陷入“水城”的窘境。這些年來,城市內(nèi)澇問題已經(jīng)越來越成為制約我國城市前進的一大障礙。每年雨季到臨,總有不少城市迎來“水中看城”的景象,城市內(nèi)澇問題已成為阻礙我國城市前進的一座大山。為了解決這一難題,2015年10月國務院辦公廳印發(fā)了《關于推進海綿城市建設的指導意見》,積極推動海綿城市建設相關工作!蛾P于推進海綿城市建設的指導意見》指出,通過海綿城市建設,盡最大努力最大程度地減少城市開發(fā)建設所造成的生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞。2015年國家相關部門積極部署海綿城市建設相關任務,全國各省市也在積極響應推動海綿城市工作。伴隨海綿城市任務的執(zhí)行,道路施工工程正在不斷推進,一系列交通問題也隨之產(chǎn)生。海綿城市建設期間,多項道路工程同步施工必然會對原有路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)造成不同程度的損壞,對城市交通影響范圍廣、持續(xù)時間長。若缺乏行之有效的施工安排,將會導致城市陷入交通擁堵甚至更為混亂的局面。本文針對海綿城市建設期間道路施工問題,研究了在保證滿足所有工程期限的前提下,如何規(guī)劃不同情況下的施工安排,既保證工程施工的進度,同時最大程度降低對居民正常出行的干擾。本文主要工作有:1.本文查閱相關文獻,并調(diào)研了多項施工工程,總結(jié)出了若干種具有代表性的施工方式,這些施工方式同時考慮了白天和夜間兩種交通流量相差較大的時段。2.根據(jù)海綿城市建設期間具體的施工情況,針對“確定性施工”及“不確定性施工”兩種情況,提出多路段并發(fā)施工模型MSC2及優(yōu)化算法,利用改進遺傳算法對工程施工時間及施工方式進行優(yōu)化,可最大限度降低居民出行成本的增加,降低了對城市出行者正常出行的干擾。3.以Sioux-Fall路網(wǎng)為例對模型和算法進行驗證,得出了兩種情況下的最優(yōu)施工及排程方案,通過記錄并比較不同施工方案的目標函數(shù)值,證明了算法的有效性。4.基于上述理論研究,設計并實現(xiàn)了多路段并發(fā)施工系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)具體施工城市及施工相關情況給出合理優(yōu)化的施工方案,該施工方案既可滿足施工的需求,同時最小化了居民出行成本。綜上,本文實現(xiàn)了對海綿城市建設期間多路段并發(fā)施工方案研究及系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)的成功實現(xiàn)具有以下意義:1.為海綿城市建設期間的道路施工提供可行優(yōu)化的施工方案;2.對其他情況下的道路施工起到借鑒作用;3.對施工期間居民的正常出行具有指導性意義;
[Abstract]:The frequent occurrence of heavy rain, especially the continuous and intense rainfall in the rainy season, has led to widespread flooding in many areas of our country, and many cities have fallen into the predicament of "water city." in recent years, The problem of urban waterlogging has increasingly become a major obstacle to the progress of Chinese cities. Every year when the rainy season approaches, many cities welcome the sight of "looking at the city in the water." The problem of urban waterlogging has become a big mountain hindering the progress of cities in China. In order to solve this problem, in October 2015, the General Office of the State Council issued the "guiding opinions on promoting the Construction of Sponge cities", which actively promoted the construction of sponge cities. The guidance on promoting the Construction of Sponge cities points out that. Through the construction of sponge cities, we should do our utmost to reduce the damage to the ecological environment caused by urban development and construction. In 2015, the relevant state departments actively deployed the tasks related to the construction of sponge cities, Provinces and cities throughout the country are also responding positively to the work of promoting the sponge city. With the implementation of the mission of the sponge city, road construction projects are being continuously promoted, and a series of traffic problems have arisen. During the construction of the sponge city, The synchronous construction of many road projects will inevitably cause varying degrees of damage to the existing road network structure, which will have a wide range of impacts on urban traffic, and will last for a long time. If there is a lack of effective construction arrangements, It will lead to traffic jams and even more chaos. This paper studies how to plan the construction arrangements under different conditions under the premise of satisfying all the project deadlines in view of the road construction problem during the construction of sponge city. It not only guarantees the progress of the construction of the project, but also minimizes the interference to the normal travel of the residents. The main work of this paper is: 1.This paper refers to the relevant documents, investigates several construction projects, and summarizes several representative construction methods. These construction methods take into account the different periods of traffic flow between day and night. According to the concrete construction conditions during the construction of Sponge City, the deterministic construction and the uncertain construction are considered. This paper presents a multi-section concurrent construction model MSC2 and optimization algorithm. The improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize the construction time and construction mode, which can minimize the increase of residents' travel cost. The model and algorithm are verified by Sioux-Fall road network as an example, and the optimal construction and scheduling schemes are obtained under two conditions. The objective function values of different construction schemes are recorded and compared. The validity of the algorithm is proved. 4. Based on the above theoretical research, a multi-section concurrent construction system is designed and implemented. The system can give a reasonable and optimized construction scheme according to the concrete construction city and the relevant conditions of construction. This construction scheme can not only meet the needs of construction, but also minimize the travel cost of residents. This paper has realized the research and the system realization of the multi-section concurrent construction scheme during the construction of sponge city. The successful realization of the system has the following significance: 1. Provide feasible and optimized construction scheme for the construction of the spongy city during the construction period. 2.It can be used as a reference for other road construction. 3. It is of guiding significance to the normal travel of residents during the construction period.
