【摘要】：為發(fā)現(xiàn)藥品"成本過高、價(jià)格扭曲"等表象問題的內(nèi)因和解決方案,基于價(jià)值—價(jià)格屬性,從藥品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)"價(jià)值—資金流閉環(huán)回路"的視角,提出閉環(huán)藥品價(jià)值鏈系統(tǒng)模型,以分析和描述其價(jià)值"形成、流動、傳遞與實(shí)現(xiàn)"過程的深層機(jī)理;提出該模型基于Petri網(wǎng)的仿真建模與計(jì)算分析方法,并給出具體面向藥品價(jià)值鏈系統(tǒng)價(jià)值沖突問題的仿真算例;通過對仿真結(jié)果的觀察與分析,能有效地發(fā)現(xiàn)藥品價(jià)值鏈系統(tǒng)中引發(fā)價(jià)格—價(jià)值偏離的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)和原因,給出相應(yīng)的價(jià)值鏈系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)策略。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the internal causes and solutions of drug "high cost, distorted price" and other problems, based on the value-price attribute, this paper takes the perspective of "Value-Capital flow Closed-Loop" in the pharmaceutical supply chain system. A closed-loop drug value chain system model is proposed to analyze and describe the deep mechanism of the process of "formation, flow, transfer and realization" of its value, and a simulation modeling and calculation analysis method based on Petri net is proposed. Through the observation and analysis of the simulation results, the key points and causes of the price-value deviation in the drug value chain system can be effectively found. The corresponding strategy of value chain system improvement is given.
