【摘要】：隨著“互聯(lián)網+”的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)開始結合互聯(lián)網,進行公司的信息化管理,新云物資公司作為一個傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè),大部分工作還是基于手工管理,要想在激烈的行業(yè)競爭里面不斷脫穎而出,就必須進行綜合化信息建設,這樣一來建設一套結合互聯(lián)網的供應鏈綜合管理系統(tǒng)是當前急需的。本文以新云物資公司為實際參考,結合公司的實際銷售流程、供銷商管理以及客戶會員管理工作,進行了詳細的需求分析,利用面向對象的思想,基于ASP.NET和SQL Server2012,采用B/S架構,設計實現(xiàn)了新云物資公司綜合管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)按照功能主要劃分為:銷售管理、會員管理、供銷商管理、庫存管理和綜合管理五個模塊。公司營運部人員能夠使用系統(tǒng)進行公司的銷售方面的訂單管理、網上對賬以及銷售業(yè)績的分析;采購部能夠進行供應商、分銷商、零售的管理,以及庫存管理;行政部能夠進行公司的人員部門管理,以及企業(yè)的VIP用戶的管理,進行會員關懷,會員營銷,滿意度調查和會員卡退款給等工作,幫助企業(yè)能夠和客戶更好的溝通,提高客戶滿意度,并且為公司吸引越來越多的客戶,幫助公司效益提升,促進發(fā)展。目前,該軟件已經在新云物資公司試運行,得到了員工的好評,幫助公司更好的實現(xiàn)供應鏈的管理,在一定程度上節(jié)約了成本,并且在軟件的使用過程中調動了員工工作的積極性,提高了公司管理人員的工作效率,幫助公司更好的實現(xiàn)內部員工以及企業(yè)用戶的人力資源管理工作,同時幫助新云物資公司在互聯(lián)網時代,結合網絡管理公司,實現(xiàn)信息的共享管理,在一定程度上面提高了公司在整個行業(yè)的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, more and more enterprises begin to combine the Internet with the information management of the company. As a traditional enterprise, most of the work of Xinyun material Company is still based on manual management. If you want to stand out from the fierce industry competition, you must build a comprehensive information system, so it is urgent to build a supply chain integrated management system that combines the Internet. This paper takes Xinyun material Company as a practical reference. Combined with the actual sales flow, supplier management and customer member management, the detailed requirement analysis is carried out. Based on ASP.NET and SQL Server 2012, using object-oriented thought, the B / S architecture is adopted. The integrated management system of Xinyun material Company is designed and implemented. According to its functions, the system is mainly divided into sales management, member management and supplier management. Five modules of inventory management and integrated management. The company can use the system for order management, online reconciliation and sales performance analysis. Purchasing department can manage suppliers, distributors, retailing, etc. As well as inventory management; the administrative department can carry out the personnel department management of the company, as well as the enterprise VIP user management, the member care, the member marketing, the satisfaction survey and the membership card refund and so on work, To help enterprises to communicate better with customers, improve customer satisfaction, attract more and more customers for the company, help the company improve efficiency and promote development. By the staff praise, help the company to achieve better supply chain management, to a certain extent cost savings, and in the use of software to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, improve the efficiency of the company's managers, To help the company better realize the human resource management work of internal employees and enterprise users, and at the same time to help Xinyun material Company to share information in the Internet era, in combination with network management companies, To a certain extent, the company has improved the market competitiveness of the entire industry.
