市北供電公司故障修復(fù)輔助系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:本文論述上海市北供電公司的電網(wǎng)故障修復(fù)事務(wù)的輔助管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)目的是配合公司運(yùn)維精益管理戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,圍繞電網(wǎng)故障修復(fù)任務(wù)的執(zhí)行管理的具體要求,支持公司全面提升供電運(yùn)行可靠性的管理戰(zhàn)略,持續(xù)改進(jìn)供電質(zhì)量及安全生產(chǎn)的水平。面向上述目標(biāo),本文對(duì)市北供電公司電網(wǎng)故障修復(fù)管理軟件的功能需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)等主要工作進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的闡述。在需求分析方面,著重討論了基礎(chǔ)信息管理需求、人員值守作業(yè)管理需求、故障修復(fù)任務(wù)執(zhí)行及其評(píng)估管理需求等內(nèi)容,建立了相關(guān)的用例模型。在軟件設(shè)計(jì)方面,整體上采用多層架構(gòu)模式建立了該軟件的設(shè)計(jì)框架。該軟件設(shè)計(jì)方案由電網(wǎng)故障修復(fù)任務(wù)視圖管理層、故障修復(fù)事務(wù)處理層和數(shù)據(jù)管理層構(gòu)成。該軟件系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊集中配置在其應(yīng)用服務(wù)器平臺(tái)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器平臺(tái)處理,分別生成面向電網(wǎng)故障的修復(fù)作業(yè)的事務(wù)處理層和數(shù)據(jù)管理層。在實(shí)現(xiàn)方面,上海市北供電公司故障修復(fù)任務(wù)輔助管理系統(tǒng)采用J2EE技術(shù)框架和Java實(shí)現(xiàn)軟件編程,后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用Oracle平臺(tái),論文論述了主要程序的編程實(shí)現(xiàn)方法、典型運(yùn)行實(shí)例以及程序測(cè)試情況。市北供電公司電網(wǎng)故障修復(fù)任務(wù)輔助管理系統(tǒng)的軟件程序目前進(jìn)入試運(yùn)行階段,在試運(yùn)行期間該系統(tǒng)切實(shí)提高了公司應(yīng)對(duì)電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行故障的處理能力、縮短了響應(yīng)時(shí)間和提高了針對(duì)故障定位及處理的準(zhǔn)確性,同時(shí)也為電網(wǎng)的長(zhǎng)期可靠運(yùn)行積累了可靠的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)提升供電網(wǎng)絡(luò)長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)維質(zhì)量具有重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the software design and implementation of the auxiliary management system for power network fault repair in Shanghai Bei Power supply Company. The purpose of the system is to cooperate with the implementation of the company's lean management strategy of operation and maintenance. Around the specific requirements of power network fault repair task management, support the company to improve the reliability of power supply management strategy, continuously improve the quality of power supply and the level of production safety. In this paper, the functional requirements analysis, design and implementation of the power network fault repair management software of Shibei Power supply Company are described in detail. In the aspect of demand analysis, the basic information management requirements are emphatically discussed. The related use case model is established in the aspects of software design, such as personnel on duty job management requirements, fault repair task execution and evaluation management requirements. As a whole, the design framework of the software is established by using the multi-layer architecture model. The software design scheme is composed of the management layer of the grid fault repair task view. The main function modules of the software system are configured in its application server platform and database server platform. The transaction processing layer and the data management layer of the repair job for power grid fault are generated, respectively. The auxiliary management system of fault repair task of Shanghai Bei Power supply Company adopts J2EE technology frame and Java to realize software programming, and the backstage database adopts Oracle platform. This paper discusses the main program programming implementation method, typical operation examples and program testing. The software program of the power network fault repair task assistant management system of Shibei Power supply Company is now in the trial operation stage. During the trial operation, the system can effectively improve the ability of the company to deal with the power grid operation failures, shorten the response time and improve the accuracy of fault location and processing. At the same time, it accumulates reliable data for the long-term reliable operation of power network, which has important practical value to improve the long-term operation and maintenance quality of power supply network.
