【摘要】：目的為了提升老年信息產(chǎn)品的滿意度,提出一種合理有效的設(shè)計(jì)方法。方法先采用文獻(xiàn)研究和焦點(diǎn)小組法對(duì)老年人APP進(jìn)行形態(tài)圖構(gòu)建,隨后通過(guò)層次分析法獲取老年人在形態(tài)決策過(guò)程中的偏好,并以此為依據(jù)構(gòu)建最佳偏好原型,最后通過(guò)對(duì)比不同偏好等級(jí)方案的問(wèn)卷滿意度評(píng)估結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證方法的正確性與有效性。結(jié)論融合層次分析和形態(tài)分析的老年人信息產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方法,不僅可以為設(shè)計(jì)師提供較為全面的方案組合,而且可以在方案決策階段幫助設(shè)計(jì)師客觀有效地獲得老年人滿意的方案原型。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the satisfaction of information products for the elderly, a reasonable and effective design method was put forward. Then through the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the preferences of the elderly in the process of morphological decision-making, and based on this to construct the best preference prototype, and finally through the comparison of different preference level of the questionnaire satisfaction evaluation results. Conclusion the method of information product design for the elderly, which combines AHP and morphological analysis, can not only provide a more comprehensive combination of solutions for designers. Moreover, it can help the designer to obtain the satisfied prototype of the aged objectively and effectively in the stage of project decision.
