【摘要】：文章以社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),以清華同方電視官方微博"#科技有意思#"話題為研究對(duì)象,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲、中文分詞、Gephi等社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析工具對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)共享結(jié)構(gòu)特征、網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性和傳播媒介進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。通過"#科技有意思#"話題的實(shí)證分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)該企業(yè)知識(shí)共享網(wǎng)絡(luò)為松散網(wǎng)絡(luò),有利于顯性知識(shí)共享,同時(shí)移動(dòng)端的知識(shí)共享網(wǎng)絡(luò)表現(xiàn)為無標(biāo)度網(wǎng)絡(luò),非移動(dòng)端為小世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant theory of social network analysis, this paper takes the official "# Science and Technology interesting #" topic of Tsinghua Tongfang TV as the research object, using the web crawler, Chinese word segmentation. Gephi and other tools of social network analysis of corporate knowledge sharing structure characteristics, network-centric and media empirical research. Through the "# Science and Technology interesting #" empirical analysis of the topic. It is found that the enterprise knowledge sharing network is a loose network, which is beneficial to explicit knowledge sharing. At the same time, the knowledge sharing network on the mobile side is scale-free and the non-mobile end is a small-world network.
