【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展帶動了我國整體基礎設施以及城市建設的發(fā)展,相關發(fā)展需求也變得越來越大。除了一些基礎的行業(yè)之外,建筑行業(yè)等施工相關的領域成為帶動我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要組成部分。所以越來越多的從業(yè)者選擇進入到這些行業(yè),這種現(xiàn)象是我國經(jīng)濟及整體發(fā)展的體現(xiàn),但是同時也帶來了許多勞動相關的矛盾和管理需求,使得員工勞務和通過的管理工作變得越來越復雜,所以本文就結(jié)合中鐵上海工程局在勞務管理中的實際需求,研究了勞動合同信息管理系統(tǒng)。本文的研究過程中主要對中鐵上海工程局勞務合同信息管理系統(tǒng)的設計和實現(xiàn)過程進行研究。中鐵上海工程局是我國著名的大型企業(yè),企業(yè)的員工數(shù)也呈逐年遞增的情況,所以本文研究的勞務合同管理系統(tǒng)能夠有效的對其在人員管理上的壓力進行緩解。在本文的研究過程中,首先對該系統(tǒng)所處的背景和研究現(xiàn)狀進行分析,在分析的過程中對目前存在的問題進行分析,突出本系統(tǒng)研究的必要性。在研究的過程中首先結(jié)合了中鐵上海工程局勞務合同管理的實際特點,對系統(tǒng)的總體需求進行分析,并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的整體需求分別將系統(tǒng)設計為組織機構(gòu)管理功能、人員流動管理功能、勞務合同管理功能、員工檔案管理功能以及系統(tǒng)設置功能,同時還對這些功能的實現(xiàn)過程進行了詳細的說明和闡述。本系統(tǒng)的研究結(jié)合了中鐵山海工程局勞務管理的實際工作進行,能夠有效的對勞務合同的管理壓力進行緩解,不管是在研究上還是實際應用上都具有很強的價值和意義。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's economy has led to the development of the overall infrastructure and urban construction in China, and the related development needs have become more and more large, except for some basic industries. Construction related fields such as the construction industry have become an important part of economic development in China. So more and more practitioners choose to enter these industries. This phenomenon is the embodiment of our economy and overall development. But at the same time, it also brings a lot of labor related contradictions and management needs, which makes the labor service and management work become more and more complex. So this paper combines the actual demand of China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau in labor management. This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of the labor contract information management system of China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau, which is a famous large scale in China. Enterprise. The number of employees in enterprises is also increasing year by year, so the labor contract management system studied in this paper can effectively relieve the pressure on personnel management. Firstly, the background and research status of the system are analyzed, and the existing problems are analyzed in the process of analysis. Highlight the necessity of this system research. In the process of the study, first combined with the actual characteristics of labor contract management of China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau, the overall needs of the system are analyzed. According to the overall needs of the system, the system is designed as organizational management function, personnel flow management function, labor contract management function, employee file management function and system setting function. At the same time, the realization process of these functions is described in detail. The research of this system combines the actual work of labor management of China Railway Shanhai Engineering Bureau. It is of great value and significance to alleviate the pressure of labor contract management, whether in research or practical application.
