羊肚菌白霉病發(fā)生對土壤真菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:【目的】了解羊肚菌白霉病發(fā)生對土壤真菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)的影響!痉椒ā坎捎肐llumina Mi Seq高通量測序技術(shù),對未栽培羊肚菌土壤、正常生長羊肚菌和染白霉病羊肚菌根際土真菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)進行研究!窘Y(jié)果】9個樣品共得到393 347條有效序列。未栽培羊肚菌土壤真菌多樣性指數(shù)和豐度顯著大于羊肚菌根際土,染病羊肚菌根際真菌豐度和多樣性大于正常生長的羊肚菌,各樣品的群落組成和優(yōu)勢類群有較大差異!窘Y(jié)論】羊肚菌栽培后真菌多樣性降低,白霉病發(fā)生后根際真菌種類增多,土壤真菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化,優(yōu)勢真菌類群也產(chǎn)生了較大變化。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the effect of Morchella white mold on the community structure of soil fungi. [methods] Illumina Mi Seq high throughput sequencing technique was used to study the community structure of Morchella and Morchella in the rhizosphere soil of uncultivated Morchella. [results] 393,347 effective sequences were obtained from 9 samples. The diversity index and abundance of fungi in uncultivated Morchella soil were significantly higher than those in Morchella root soil, and the abundance and diversity of Rhizosphere fungi in infected Morchella were higher than those in normal growing Morchella. The community composition and dominant groups of each sample were quite different. [conclusion] after the cultivation of Morchella, the diversity of fungi decreased, the species of Rhizosphere fungi increased after the occurrence of white mold, and the community structure of soil fungi changed. The dominant fungal groups have also changed greatly.
