【摘要】:以黑土為研究對象,采用室內(nèi)培養(yǎng)方法,研究阿特拉津?qū)谕岭迕、轉(zhuǎn)化酶、多酚氧化酶影響,采用RAPD技術(shù)分析土壤微生物群落。結(jié)果表明,低濃度(25 mg·kg-1)阿特拉津?qū)谕岭迕富钚杂写龠M作用,中、高濃度(50~125 mg·kg~(-1))阿特拉津?qū)谕岭迕富钚跃哂幸种谱饔们覞舛仍礁咭种圃矫黠@;阿特拉津抑制土壤轉(zhuǎn)化酶活性,培養(yǎng)結(jié)束時(35 d),抑制作用仍然存在;阿特拉津?qū)Χ喾友趸富钚员憩F(xiàn)為抑制-促進-恢復(fù)規(guī)律;阿特拉津輸入改變土壤微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu),濃度越高變化越明顯。
