【摘要】：正全國第三次農(nóng)業(yè)普查是我國全面建成小康社會進入決勝階段的重大國情國力調(diào)查,黨中央、國務(wù)院對農(nóng)業(yè)普查工作高度重視,并寄予很高的期望,中央一號文件將扎實做好農(nóng)業(yè)普查工作作為一項重要任務(wù)。農(nóng)作物面積遙感測量作為第三次農(nóng)業(yè)普查工作的重要組成部分,全面應(yīng)用空間信息技術(shù)開展農(nóng)作物面積遙感測量,在中國農(nóng)業(yè)普查歷史上尚屬首次,也是本次農(nóng)作物面積遙感測量試點的最大創(chuàng)新點,不僅是農(nóng)業(yè)普查數(shù)據(jù)采集方法
[Abstract]:The third national agricultural census is a major national strength investigation into the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in China. The Central Committee of the Party and the State Council attach great importance to the work of agricultural census and place high expectations on it. Document No. 1 of the Central Committee made it an important task to do a solid job of agricultural census. As an important part of the third agricultural census, the remote sensing measurement of crop area is the first time in the history of agricultural census in China, using spatial information technology to carry out the remote sensing measurement of crop area in an all-round way. It is also the biggest innovation of the remote sensing measurement of crop area. It is not only the data collection method of agricultural census.
