【摘要】：耕地利用綜合效益是衡量耕地生產(chǎn)能力和農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要指標(biāo),對(duì)于保證國(guó)家糧食安全、保障社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和維持生態(tài)平衡等方面具有重要意義。以內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)為研究區(qū),從耕地利用的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益、生態(tài)效益三方面構(gòu)建耕地利用綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)近15年耕地利用效益時(shí)空特征進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:2000—2014年內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)耕地利用效益指數(shù)整體呈波動(dòng)變化狀態(tài),經(jīng)濟(jì)效益指數(shù)呈上升趨勢(shì),社會(huì)效益、生態(tài)效益指數(shù)在波動(dòng)中有所下降,綜合效益指數(shù)略有上升。內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)耕地利用效益具有明顯的空間聚集性,表現(xiàn)為耕地利用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益、綜合效益指數(shù)空間分布具有一致性,較高水平地區(qū)主要分布在河套平原及自治區(qū)中部,生態(tài)效益指數(shù)高的地區(qū)主要分布在東部丘陵區(qū)。綜合研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在耕地利用效益中,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益處于主導(dǎo)位置,生態(tài)效益受環(huán)境影響大,在今后的耕地利用過(guò)程中,應(yīng)注重社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)三大效益的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive benefit of cultivated land use is an important index to measure the productive capacity of cultivated land and the sustainable development of agriculture. It is of great significance to guarantee the national food security, guarantee the social stability and maintain the ecological balance and so on. Taking Inner Mongolia Autonomous region as the study area, the comprehensive evaluation system of cultivated land use benefit was constructed from three aspects of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit of cultivated land use in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and the spatio-temporal characteristics of cultivated land use benefit in the last 15 years were analyzed. The results showed that the arable land use benefit index of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region fluctuated in 2000-2014, the economic benefit index showed an upward trend, the social benefit, ecological benefit index decreased and the comprehensive benefit index increased slightly in the fluctuation of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. The arable land use benefit of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has obvious spatial aggregation, which shows that the spatial distribution of arable land use economic benefit, social benefit and comprehensive benefit index is consistent. The high-level areas mainly distributed in the Hetao plain and the central part of the autonomous region, and the areas with high eco-efficiency index mainly distributed in the eastern hilly areas. The comprehensive research shows that the economic and social benefits of cultivated land are in the dominant position, and the ecological benefit is greatly influenced by the environment. In the future, the harmonious development of the three benefits of society, economy and ecology should be paid attention to in the course of cultivated land use in the future.
