施用給水廠殘泥對土壤中草甘膦降解的影響

【摘要】:給水廠殘泥(WTR)已被證實為安全廢棄物,摻雜WTR能顯著增強土壤對有機磷農藥草甘膦的吸附容量與穩(wěn)定性,與此同時,WTR的摻雜可能會進一步影響土壤中草甘膦的降解行為.本研究通過單次與重復施加草甘膦實驗,從土壤中草甘膦及其代謝產物的殘留特征、土壤酶活性和總菌豐度等3個方面,對比分析了WTR摻雜對土壤中草甘膦降解的影響.實驗結果表明,單次施加草甘膦條件下,摻雜WTR不會影響草甘膦的降解,反而能降低草甘膦在降解過程中的遷移能力,緩解高濃度草甘膦對土壤磷酸酶和脫氫酶的抑制作用,提高土壤微生物豐度;短時間(21 d)內重復施加草甘膦會導致土壤中草甘膦與AMPA的積累,同時,摻雜WTR,特別是當摻雜量≥5%時,將造成草甘膦積累量進一步增加,但其在WTR土壤具有較高穩(wěn)定性,二次釋放風險小.總體而言,與短時間內頻繁使用大量草甘膦的農業(yè)區(qū)相比,在施用草甘膦時間間隔較長的農業(yè)區(qū),摻雜WTR能大大降低草甘膦在降解過程中由土壤向水體遷移的風險.
[Abstract]:(WTR) has been proved to be a safe waste in the residue of water supply plant. Doping WTR can significantly enhance the adsorption capacity and stability of glyphosate to organophosphorus pesticide in soil. At the same time, the doping of WTR may further affect the degradation of glyphosate in soil. The effects of WTR doping on the degradation of glyphosate in soil were studied by single and repeated application of glyphosate in three aspects: residual characteristics of glyphosate and its metabolites, soil enzyme activity and total bacterial abundance. The results showed that under the condition of single application of glyphosate, doping with WTR could not affect the degradation of glyphosate, but could reduce the migration ability of glyphosate in the degradation process, and alleviate the inhibition of soil phosphatase and dehydrogenase by high concentration glyphosate.
