【摘要】：農(nóng)地產(chǎn)權(quán)制度是影響農(nóng)村耕地資源利用方式和效率的重要影響因素,不同階段的農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)制度作為農(nóng)地產(chǎn)權(quán)制度的重要組成部分也將通過影響農(nóng)戶行為最終對耕地生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生影響。從理論上闡述中國農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)制度變遷對耕地生態(tài)環(huán)境變化的影響機(jī)理,并選取相關(guān)指標(biāo)利用1978-2013年全國數(shù)據(jù)建立模型對其進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),結(jié)論證實(shí)兩點(diǎn):一與農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)禁止階段相比,被允許進(jìn)行土地流轉(zhuǎn)的階段對耕地生態(tài)環(huán)境有顯著的負(fù)面效應(yīng);二農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)制度越完善,流轉(zhuǎn)方式越規(guī)范,流轉(zhuǎn)市場越成熟對耕地生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)越有利。
[Abstract]:The farmland property right system is an important factor that affects the utilization mode and efficiency of rural arable land resources. As an important part of the farmland property right system, the farmland transfer system in different stages will finally affect the cultivated land ecological environment through the influence of farmers' behavior. This paper expounds theoretically the influence mechanism of the change of farmland transfer system in China on the change of cultivated land ecological environment, and selects the relevant indicators to test it by using the national data model from 1978 to 2013. The conclusion proves two points: first, compared with the forbidden stage of farmland transfer, the stage of allowed land transfer has a significant negative effect on the cultivated land ecological environment; The more perfect the circulation system, the more standardized the circulation mode, and the more mature the circulation market is, the more favorable it is to protect the cultivated land ecological environment.
