磷細菌對復墾土壤磷素流失風險的影響

【摘要】:以實驗室篩選的溶磷能力最強的磷細菌W37為試驗菌株,采煤沉陷區(qū)復墾土壤為供試土樣,通過盆栽試驗研究施用磷細菌對復墾土壤磷素養(yǎng)分、油菜產量、磷吸附特性及流失風險的影響。結果表明:磷細菌可以提高復墾土壤有效磷(Olsen-P)含量和油菜產量;施用磷細菌后復墾土壤最大吸磷量(Xm),吸附常數(shù)(k)都減小;磷細菌處理易解吸磷(RDP)、磷零點吸持平衡濃度(EPC0)及磷素飽和度(DPS)呈增加的趨勢,分別比M處理增加0.014mg·L~(-1),6.54ug·L~(-1),0.80%;通過估算復墾土壤Olsen-P、EPC0、DPS的環(huán)境風險值為28.52mg·kg~(-1),129.78ug·L~(-1),5.18%,本試驗中磷細菌處理土壤Olsen-P、EPC0、DPS遠小于風險值,因此復墾土壤上施用磷細菌對磷素流失風險影響較小。
[Abstract]:The experiment was carried out to study the effect of phosphorus bacteria on the phosphorus quality of reclaimed soil, the yield of rape, the characteristics of phosphorus adsorption and the risk of loss by pot experiment. The results showed that the phosphorus bacteria can improve the effective phosphorus (Olsen-P) content and the yield of the rape, and the maximum phosphorus uptake (Xm) and the adsorption constant (k) of the reclaimed soil after the application of the phosphorus bacteria are reduced; the phosphorus bacteria treatment is easy to desorb the phosphorus (RDP), The environmental risk values of Olsen-P, EPC0 and DPS of the reclaimed soil were 28.52 mg 路 kg ~ (-1), 129.78 ug 路 L ~ (-1) and 5.18%, respectively. The DPS is much less than the risk value, so the effect of the application of phosphorus on the reclamation of the soil on the risk of phosphorus loss is small.
