秸稈施用和作物種植對(duì)土壤團(tuán)聚體和微生物群落組成的影響

【摘要】:利用溫室盆栽試驗(yàn)研究秸稈施用、作物種植以及兩者的交互作用對(duì)土壤團(tuán)聚體穩(wěn)定性以及微生物群落組成的影響。結(jié)果顯示,秸稈施用對(duì)小麥生物量無顯著影響;與對(duì)照相比,秸稈施用或作物種植均顯著增加了0.25 mm粒徑團(tuán)聚體數(shù)量以及團(tuán)聚體平均重量直徑(MWD)和幾何平均直徑(GMD);秸稈施用處理較對(duì)照處理顯著增加多糖含量;秸稈施用配合作物種植處理較秸稈施用和作物種植處理進(jìn)一步增加了2 mm和1~0.5 mm粒徑團(tuán)聚體數(shù)量、團(tuán)聚體MWD和GMD以及多糖含量;秸稈施用處理與對(duì)照處理具有相似的磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)含量和微生物群落組成,作物種植處理較對(duì)照處理顯著增加叢枝真菌含量,對(duì)照和秸稈施用處理的微生物群落組成不同于作物種植和秸稈施用配合作物種植處理。增加土壤水分顯著增加了小麥生物量、土壤團(tuán)聚體MWD和GMD以及PLFA含量。相關(guān)分析表明多糖和叢枝真菌含量均與0.25 mm粒徑團(tuán)聚體數(shù)量以及團(tuán)聚體MWD和GMD存在顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Pot experiments in greenhouse were conducted to study the effects of straw application, crop planting and their interaction on the stability of soil aggregates and the composition of microbial community. The results showed that straw application had no significant effect on wheat biomass. Compared with the control, straw application or crop planting significantly increased the number of aggregates, the average weight diameter (MWD) and geometric average diameter (GMD);) of the aggregates, and the polysaccharide content increased significantly in the straw application treatment of 0.25 mm compared with the control treatment. Compared with straw application and crop planting treatment, straw application increased the number of grain size aggregates, MWD, GMD and polysaccharide contents by 2 mm and 1 / 0. 5 mm, respectively. Straw application treatment had similar phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) content and microbial community composition as compared with control treatment. Crop planting treatment significantly increased arbuscular fungi content compared with control treatment. The microbial community composition of control and straw application treatment was different from that of crop planting and straw application. Increasing soil moisture significantly increased wheat biomass, MWD, GMD and PLFA contents of soil aggregates. The correlation analysis showed that the contents of polysaccharide and arbuscular fungi were positively correlated with the number of 0. 25 mm diameter aggregates, MWD and GMD.
