【摘要】：發(fā)展中國特色的高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的主攻方向之一。文章概述了高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)主要概念與理論內(nèi)涵,并提出了高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑:一是制定高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)的基本要求;二是優(yōu)化布局高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)集成示范點(diǎn);三是完善高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的法規(guī);四是建立支持高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的政策體系。如何促進(jìn)高效農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)發(fā)展,文章提出了相應(yīng)的技術(shù)對策:一要深入開展高效農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的教育與培訓(xùn);二要研究并有效吸收發(fā)達(dá)國家的生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)驗(yàn);三要加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的先進(jìn)實(shí)用技術(shù)研究;四要建設(shè)現(xiàn)代高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品的市場體系;五要建立并創(chuàng)新發(fā)展高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,以期為農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展與增效提質(zhì)提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Developing efficient ecological agriculture with Chinese characteristics is one of the main directions of modern agriculture. This paper summarizes the main concepts and theoretical connotations of high-efficiency ecological agriculture, and puts forward the development strategy and realization path of high-efficiency eco-agriculture: one is to formulate the basic requirements of the construction of high-efficiency eco-agriculture, the other is to optimize the layout of integrated demonstration sites of high-efficiency eco-agriculture. The third is to perfect the laws and regulations of the transformation and upgrading of efficient eco-agriculture, and the fourth is to establish the policy system to support high-efficiency eco-agriculture. How to promote the development of high-efficiency agro-ecology, the article puts forward the corresponding technical countermeasures: first, to carry out education and training on the transformation and upgrading of high-efficiency agroecology, second, to study and effectively absorb the experience of eco-agriculture transformation in developed countries; Third, we should strengthen the research on advanced and practical technology of modern high-efficiency eco-agriculture, fourth, construct the market system of high-quality products of modern high-efficiency eco-agriculture; Fifth, it is necessary to establish and innovate the overall coordination mechanism for the development of high-efficiency ecological agriculture, in order to provide reference and reference for the development of agricultural transformation and the enhancement of efficiency.
