【摘要】：2015年4月28日和7月12日在養(yǎng)蝦密集區(qū)九龍江南溪下游河段設置的12個站點進行了水樣采集,利用熒光顯微方法,對12個站點的微微型浮游植物,異養(yǎng)細菌以及該河段的COD進行了研究和比較.結果表明在九龍江南溪下游,4月微微型浮游植物豐度、異養(yǎng)細菌豐度以及該河段的COD含量顯著高于7月;九龍江南溪下游微微型浮游植物豐度、異養(yǎng)細菌豐度與該河段的COD含量呈現(xiàn)顯著正相關,微微型浮游植物豐度與異養(yǎng)細菌豐度呈現(xiàn)顯著正相關.表明隨著養(yǎng)蝦污水排放的增加,水中COD含量增加,導致異養(yǎng)細菌豐度增加.
[Abstract]:Water samples were collected from 12 stations in the lower reaches of Nanxi River of Jiulong River on April 28 and July 12, 2015. The picoplankton of 12 stations were collected by fluorescence microscopy. Heterotrophic bacteria and COD in this reach were studied and compared. The results showed that the abundance of microphytoplankton, heterotrophic bacteria and COD in the lower reaches of Nanxi in Jiulong River in April were significantly higher than those in July. The abundance of phytoplankton in the lower reaches of Nanxi, Jiulong River, and the abundance of heterotrophic bacteria were positively correlated with the COD content, and the abundance of pico-phytoplankton was positively correlated with the abundance of heterotrophic bacteria. The results showed that the content of COD in water increased with the increase of wastewater discharge from shrimp culture, which led to the increase of heterotrophic bacteria abundance.
