凍融交替對土壤氮素轉(zhuǎn)化及相關(guān)微生物學(xué)特性的影響

【摘要】:土壤凍融是發(fā)生在中、高緯度及高海拔地區(qū)的一種常見的自然現(xiàn)象。凍融作用通過影響土壤物理性質(zhì)及生物學(xué)性狀進(jìn)而對土壤氮素轉(zhuǎn)化過程產(chǎn)生重要影響,但目前關(guān)于凍融作用對土壤氮素轉(zhuǎn)化過程影響的研究結(jié)果還不盡一致,對于凍融作用下土壤微生物學(xué)特性的研究相對較少。本文著重論述了凍融作用對土壤氮素轉(zhuǎn)化過程(有效氮素含量變化、氮素凈礦化速率、氮素?fù)p失途徑等)的影響,并對凍融作用下土壤微生物生理和代謝特性進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),簡要指出目前研究過程中存在的問題,并對未來研究方向提出展望。
[Abstract]:Soil freezing and thawing is a common natural phenomenon in middle, high latitude and high altitude areas. Freezing and thawing affect soil nitrogen conversion process by influencing soil physical properties and biological properties, but the results on the effects of freezing and thawing on soil nitrogen conversion process are not consistent. There are few studies on soil microbiological characteristics under freezing and thawing. In this paper, the effects of freezing and thawing on the process of soil nitrogen conversion (change of available nitrogen content, nitrogen net mineralization rate, nitrogen loss pathway, etc.) were discussed. The physiological and metabolic characteristics of soil microbes under freezing and thawing were summarized and the existing problems in the current research process were briefly pointed out and the prospects for future research were put forward.
