冷害脅迫對西瓜幼苗生理和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:以西瓜品種‘京欣一號’和‘特大懶漢王’為試驗材料,3葉1心時5℃低溫處理0、3、6、9 d,計算西瓜幼苗冷害指數(shù),測定根的干鮮質(zhì)量和根系活力、葉片的干鮮質(zhì)量、組織含水量、相對含水量、水分飽和虧及光合色素含量,同時,利用石蠟切片觀察葉片的超微結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明,5℃冷脅迫0~6 d‘特大懶漢王’的冷害耐受性優(yōu)于‘京欣一號’,9 d時二者的冷害耐受性無明顯差別。冷脅迫過程中,‘京欣一號’和‘特大懶漢王’的葉片和根的干鮮質(zhì)量比均減小,葉片飽和水分虧波動變化,光合色素含量積累減少!卮髴袧h王’的根總吸收面積、活躍吸收面積和根活躍吸收百分比變化都較‘京欣一號’更活躍。冷脅迫使葉片的上表皮和下表皮厚度減小,柵欄組織/海綿組織的值不斷減小。
