【摘要】：采用"小燒杯法"測定了3種農(nóng)藥及其復(fù)配劑對意大利工蜂的24 h、48 h急性經(jīng)口毒性,根據(jù)我國《化學(xué)農(nóng)藥環(huán)境安全評價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)則》中蜜蜂急性經(jīng)口毒性劃分等級可知,對意大利工蜂,35%精甲霜靈懸浮種衣劑屬"低毒"級,25%噻蟲嗪水分散粒劑屬"高毒"級,25 g·L~(-1)咯菌腈懸浮種衣劑屬"低毒",25%噻蟲嗪-咯菌腈-精甲霜靈懸浮種衣劑也屬"高毒"級。
[Abstract]:The acute oral toxicity of three kinds of pesticides and their compounding agents to Italian worker bee was determined by "small beaker method" for 24 h or 48 h. According to the classification of acute oral toxicity of honeybee in our country "Experimental criteria for Environmental Safety Assessment of Chemical Pesticide", the acute oral toxicity of honeybee was determined. For Italian worker bee, 35% of suspension seed coating agent was of "low toxicity" class, 25% of thiamethazine water dispersible granule was "high toxic" grade, 25 g / L ~ (-1) nitrile suspension seed coating agent was "low toxic", and 25% of thiamethoxide-nitrulonitrile-spermatogalaxyl suspension seed coating agent also belonged to "high toxic" grade.
