【摘要】：本文基于西南喀斯特地區(qū)14個(gè)村莊的調(diào)查得到1520戶農(nóng)戶基本數(shù)據(jù),采用廣義多層線性模型,從農(nóng)戶和村莊兩個(gè)層面,分析西南喀斯特地區(qū)農(nóng)戶因?yàn)?zāi)致貧風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響因素和作用程度大小。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)農(nóng)戶個(gè)體和家庭特征差異對(duì)農(nóng)戶因?yàn)?zāi)致貧的解釋程度達(dá)到92.86%,村莊間海拔和規(guī)模差異對(duì)農(nóng)戶因?yàn)?zāi)致貧的解釋程度為7.14%,農(nóng)戶因?yàn)?zāi)致貧風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要與農(nóng)戶個(gè)體和家庭因素有關(guān)。(2)在不考慮村莊差異的情況下,戶主健康狀況、家庭規(guī)模、勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量等因素顯著影響了農(nóng)戶因?yàn)?zāi)致貧風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。(3)在考慮村莊差異的情況下,村莊海拔特征會(huì)減弱家庭勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量、農(nóng)戶住房情況對(duì)因?yàn)?zāi)致貧風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的作用程度,加強(qiáng)林地面積與因?yàn)?zāi)致貧風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的關(guān)聯(lián)作用。村莊的規(guī)模特征會(huì)增強(qiáng)農(nóng)戶飲水困難程度、工資收入等因素與因?yàn)?zāi)致貧風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的關(guān)聯(lián)程度。最后,本文從精準(zhǔn)扶貧的角度出發(fā)提出了相關(guān)建議和措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey of 14 villages in Southwest Karst region, this paper obtains the basic data of 1520 peasant households, and adopts the generalized multilevel linear model, from the two levels of farmers and villages. This paper analyzes the influencing factors and action degree of the risk of poverty caused by disaster in rural households in Karst region of Southwest China. The results are as follows: (1) the difference of individual and family characteristics of peasant households explains the poverty caused by disaster to 92.86 degree, and the difference of altitude and scale between villages explains 7.14 degree of poverty caused by disaster. The risk of poverty caused by disaster is mainly related to the individual of peasant household. Related to family factors. (2) without taking into account village differences, The health status of the head of household, household size, labor force and other factors significantly affected the risk of poverty caused by the disaster. (3) when considering the difference of village, the village altitude characteristics will weaken the number of household labor force. The effect of the housing situation of farmers on the risk of poverty caused by disaster and the correlation between the area of woodland and the risk of poverty caused by disaster were strengthened. The scale characteristics of villages will increase the degree of farmers' drinking water difficulty, wage income and other factors related to the risk of poverty caused by disasters. Finally, this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions and measures from the perspective of precision poverty reduction.
