【摘要】：為使全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)畜禽污染防治工作的開(kāi)展更具有針對(duì)性,基于對(duì)1992、2002、2012三年全國(guó)各省市畜禽養(yǎng)殖總量及各畜禽養(yǎng)殖量進(jìn)行的熱點(diǎn)分析比較,應(yīng)用排污系數(shù)法對(duì)熱點(diǎn)省份畜禽養(yǎng)殖排放的主要污染物進(jìn)行了估算。結(jié)果表明,各類(lèi)要素在各省市均不存在冷點(diǎn),即不存在養(yǎng)殖量低值聚集區(qū)域,一定程度上可反映我國(guó)不存在養(yǎng)殖空白區(qū)。豬養(yǎng)殖的熱點(diǎn)省份是四川、山東和湖南,牛養(yǎng)殖的熱點(diǎn)省份是四川、山東和河南,羊養(yǎng)殖的熱點(diǎn)省份是內(nèi)蒙古和青海,均集中在我國(guó)西北部,家禽養(yǎng)殖的熱點(diǎn)省份是山東和廣東。養(yǎng)殖熱點(diǎn)省份一般存在較嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題,畜禽養(yǎng)殖量聚集程度越顯著,污染排放相對(duì)越多,對(duì)環(huán)境的威脅也越大。四川、河南、山東是畜禽養(yǎng)殖污染防控重點(diǎn)省份,養(yǎng)殖羊較多的內(nèi)蒙古、新疆也是畜禽污染首要防控對(duì)象。
[Abstract]:In order to make the prevention and control work of livestock and poultry pollution more pertinence in the whole country, based on the analysis and comparison of the total amount of livestock and poultry breeding and the quantity of livestock and poultry breeding in various provinces and cities of China in the three years from 1992 to 2002 and 2012, The discharge coefficient method was used to estimate the main pollutants emitted from livestock and poultry breeding in hot provinces. The results show that there is no cold spot in all kinds of factors, that is, there is no low value accumulation area of culture quantity, which can reflect to some extent that there is no culture blank area in China. The hot spots for pig farming are Sichuan, Shandong and Hunan, the hot provinces for cattle farming are Sichuan, Shandong and Henan, and the hot provinces for sheep farming are Inner Mongolia and Qinghai, all concentrated in northwest China. The hot provinces of poultry farming are Shandong and Guangdong. There are serious environmental pollution problems in hot breeding provinces. The more the concentration of livestock and poultry is, the more pollution emissions are, and the greater the threat to the environment is. Sichuan, Henan and Shandong are the key provinces for pollution prevention and control of livestock and poultry. Inner Mongolia, where more sheep are raised, Xinjiang is also the primary object of pollution prevention and control of livestock and poultry.
