不同利用年限水稻土氨氧化細菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)變化研究

【摘要】:【目的】本文以利用年限分別為100、300、700、1000和2000年的水稻土及杭州灣海涂(0年)作為研究對象,探究對不同利用年限水稻土氨氧化細菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)隨著利用年限的變化而顯著變化!痉椒ā坎捎肞CR-DGGE技術分析6個利用年限水稻土的氨氧化細菌群落組成!窘Y(jié)果】利用PCR-DGGE得到的電泳圖像顯示不同利用年限水稻土樣品可檢測到的AOB的DGGE條帶數(shù)量均存在明顯差異!窘Y(jié)論】不同利用年限對水稻土氨氧化細菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生較大的影響。
[Abstract]:[objective] in this paper, the paddy soil and the coastal zone of Hangzhou Bay in 2000 were used as the research objects. The structure of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria community in paddy soils with different utilization years was studied. [methods] the composition of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria community in 6 paddy soils with different utilization years was analyzed by PCR-DGGE technique. [results] The electrophoretic images obtained by PCR-DGGE showed that there were significant differences in the number of AOB bands detected in paddy soil samples with different years of use. [conclusion] different utilization years had a great influence on the structure of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria community in paddy soil.
