陳化處理對(duì)稻殼生物炭理化性質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:生物炭性質(zhì)雖然穩(wěn)定,卻也并非一成不變,其理化性質(zhì)會(huì)隨著時(shí)間推移而發(fā)生緩慢變化,進(jìn)而對(duì)其功能產(chǎn)生影響。為明確陳化對(duì)生物炭理化性質(zhì)的影響,探明生物炭陳化機(jī)制。以稻殼生物炭為試驗(yàn)材料,利用PVC圓柱,在人工氣候箱中通過(guò)25個(gè)周期凍融循環(huán)(30℃/10d,-25℃/10d)和淋溶模擬生物炭陳化過(guò)程,分析生物炭表觀結(jié)構(gòu)、元素組成、氧化程度、吸附能力、pH值、碳酸鹽含量等理化性質(zhì)變化。結(jié)果表明:陳化處理破壞稻殼生物炭的表觀結(jié)構(gòu)、增加表面孔隙且隨處理周期延長(zhǎng)破壞程度加劇。C元素含量和C/H比值在25個(gè)周期中沒(méi)有顯著變化,C/N比值、速效P和N含量呈先下降后平穩(wěn)趨勢(shì),速效K含量由7917mg·kg~(-1)下降到917mg·kg~(-1),達(dá)極顯著水平。陳化處理初期生物炭表面O/C比值迅速上升,到第7個(gè)周期后開(kāi)始下降,到15個(gè)周期后趨于平穩(wěn),說(shuō)明陳化處理初期稻殼生物炭表面氧化迅速,后期則趨于平穩(wěn)。陳化處理到25個(gè)周期時(shí),生物炭對(duì)對(duì)苯二酚的吸附量由初始的5.93mg·g~(-1)增加到11.73mg·g~(-1),說(shuō)明陳化處理增加了稻殼生物炭的吸附能力。陳化處理對(duì)pH值的影響呈先下降后上升,最后趨于平穩(wěn),且與原始生物炭pH值無(wú)顯著差異。碳酸鹽含量則呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì)至20個(gè)周期后趨于平穩(wěn)。綜合分析表明陳化處理對(duì)稻殼生物炭理化性質(zhì)有一定影響,對(duì)其速效養(yǎng)分和吸附能力影響較顯著。
