【摘要】：為了獲取適用于土壤中原生礦物的簡便、快捷且誤差較小的定量分析方法,基于X-射線衍射技術(shù)并利用強度比例因子法的基本原理,對鉀長石-黑云母-石英組合中三種礦物共存或其中任意兩種礦物組合的情形進行了定量研究,建立了9個定量計算公式。對于鉀長石-黑云母組合,f%=(If/Ib)/(If/Ib+1.4255)×100%,b%=(Ib/If)/(Ib/If+0.9058)×100%;對于鉀長石-石英組合,f%=(If/Iq)/(If/Iq+0.3241)×100%,q%=(Iq/If)/(Iq/If+3.5623)×100%;對于黑云母-石英組合,b%=(Ib/Iq)/(Ib/Iq+0.5590)×100%,q%=(Iq/Ib)/(Iq/Ib+1.8705)×100%;對于鉀長石-黑云母-石英組合,f%=If/(If+1.2333Ib+0.5508Iq)×100%,b%=Ib/(Ib+1.1962If+0.4966Iq)×100%,q%=Iq/(Iq+2.7251If+2.5427Ib)×100%。計算結(jié)果表明,無論是鉀長石還是黑云母和石英,其實測值與真實值之間的相關(guān)性均很好:對于黑云母-石英組合,相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)為0.99;對于鉀長石-石英組合和鉀長石-黑云母組合,r均為0.96;對于鉀長石-黑云母-石英組合,三種礦物實測值與真實值之間的r分別為0.88、0.93和0.92。所建立的方法之誤差也較小:對于鉀長石-黑云母、鉀長石-石英和黑云母-石英組合,平均誤差分別為6.9%、5.5%和3.2%;對于三元礦物組合,鉀長石、黑云母和石英的平均誤差則分別為8.4%、6.5%和6.7%。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the simple, fast and small quantitative analysis method suitable for the primary mineral in the soil, based on the X- ray diffraction technique and the basic principle of the intensity ratio factor method, the coexistence of three minerals in the combination of the potassium feldspar mica quartz combination or any of the two kinds of mineral assemblages in the combination of the potassium feldspar quartz and quartz is quantitatively studied, and 9 is established. For the combination of potassium feldspar black mica, f%= (If/Ib) / (If/Ib+1.4255) * 100%, b%= (Ib/If) / (Ib/If+0.9058) x 100%; for the combination of potassium feldspar quartz, f%= (If/Iq) / (If/Iq+0.3241) x 100%, q%= (Iq/If) / (Iq/If+3.5623) * 100%; for the black mica quartz combination. 100%, for the combination of potassium feldspar - mica quartz, f%=If/ (If+1.2333Ib+0.5508Iq) x 100%, b%=Ib/ (Ib+1.1962If+0.4966Iq) x 100%, q%=Iq/ (Iq+2.7251If+2.5427Ib) x 100%., the results show that the correlation between the true value and the true value is good both in potassium feldspar and black mica and quartz: for the combination of black mica quartz and correlation The coefficient (R) is 0.99; for the combination of potassium feldspar quartz and potassium feldspar mica, R is 0.96; for the combination of potash feldspar quartz and quartz, the error between the measured values of three minerals and the true values of the R is 0.88,0.93 and 0.92., respectively: for the combination of potassium feldspar mica, potassium feldspar quartz and biotite quartz, The average errors are 6.9%, 5.5% and 3.2% respectively, and 8.4%, 6.5% and 6.7% for K-feldspar, biotite and quartz respectively.
