電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法測定土壤中全硫、全磷和全鉀

【摘要】:分別采用傳統(tǒng)王水消解法和微波消解法處理樣品,用電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法測定土壤中全硫、全磷和全鉀的含量。該方法簡單快捷,檢測靈敏度高,線性范圍寬,重復性好,準確度高,能同時測定土壤中全硫、全磷和全鉀的含量,測定結(jié)果準確可靠,重現(xiàn)性及精密度很好,加標回收率在95.1%~100.4%之間?墒狗治龉ぷ髡邚膫鹘y(tǒng)的分析手續(xù)冗繁、耗時的繁重工作中解放出來。
[Abstract]:The contents of total sulfur, total phosphorus and total potassium in soil were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The method is simple and rapid, with high sensitivity, wide linear range, good repeatability and high accuracy. It can simultaneously determine the contents of total sulfur, total phosphorus and total potassium in soil. The results are accurate and reliable, and the reproducibility and precision are very good. The recovery was between 95.1% and 100.4%. It can liberate analysts from the heavy and time-consuming work of traditional analytical procedures.
