【摘要】：生態(tài)文明是相對(duì)于原始文明、農(nóng)業(yè)文明和工業(yè)文明而言的人類文明的第四種文明形態(tài),是人類面對(duì)工業(yè)文明引發(fā)的弊端,不斷反思而形成的解決人類社會(huì)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的新路徑。新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),特別是十一屆三中全會(huì)后,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,逐步走上了工業(yè)化、城市化和現(xiàn)代化的工業(yè)文明高速發(fā)展之路。但社會(huì)的發(fā)展也受到了人口與資源和環(huán)境之間矛盾的制約,導(dǎo)致20世紀(jì)最后十年和21世紀(jì)初環(huán)境災(zāi)害和地理災(zāi)害頻發(fā),社會(huì)發(fā)展面臨著生態(tài)危機(jī)的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。林業(yè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)是生態(tài)文明建設(shè)全局中一個(gè)最重要的環(huán)節(jié),換言之,生態(tài)文明是總目標(biāo),而林業(yè)生態(tài)文明是實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)文明的重要手段。吉林省是我國(guó)林業(yè)大省,吉林省的林業(yè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)在我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)中起著至關(guān)重要的作用、肩負(fù)著重大的使命。本文結(jié)合馬克思主義基本原理、馬克思的生態(tài)文明觀等重要理論思想,通過(guò)對(duì)我省林業(yè)生態(tài)文明現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,明確我省林業(yè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)中的問(wèn)題及實(shí)質(zhì),探究解決問(wèn)題的途徑,希望能夠?yàn)槲沂×謽I(yè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供理論上的參考,進(jìn)一推動(dòng)林業(yè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的普及和推廣。
[Abstract]:Compared with primitive civilization, agricultural civilization and industrial civilization, ecological civilization is the fourth form of human civilization, which is a new way for human beings to solve the problem of human social development in the face of the disadvantages caused by industrial civilization. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, especially after the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee, China's economy has been developing continuously, and has gradually embarked on the road of rapid development of industrial civilization of industrialization, urbanization and modernization. However, the development of society is also restricted by the contradiction between population, resources and environment, which leads to frequent environmental and geographical disasters in the last decade of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century. The social development is facing a great challenge of ecological crisis. The construction of forestry ecological civilization is the most important link in the overall situation of ecological civilization construction. In other words, ecological civilization is the overall goal, and forestry ecological civilization is an important means to realize ecological civilization. Jilin Province is a big forestry province in China. The construction of forestry ecological civilization in Jilin Province plays a vital role in the construction of ecological civilization in our country and shoulders a great mission. Based on the basic principles of Marxism, Marx's ecological civilization and other important theoretical ideas, through the analysis of the present situation of forestry ecological civilization in our province, this paper clarifies the problems and essence in the construction of forestry ecological civilization in our province. It is hoped that the way to solve the problem can provide theoretical reference for the construction of forestry ecological civilization in our province, and further promote the popularization and popularization of forestry ecological civilization construction.
