【摘要】：針對(duì)巢湖取出物藍(lán)藻、水草和底泥作為有機(jī)肥利用可能帶來(lái)的重金屬安全性問(wèn)題,采用高溫堆肥制成有機(jī)肥,測(cè)定有機(jī)肥、盆栽土壤和大白菜體內(nèi)重金屬的含量;采用內(nèi)梅羅污染指數(shù)法和單因子污染指數(shù)法分別評(píng)價(jià)土壤和大白菜中重金屬的安全性。結(jié)果表明,有機(jī)肥、盆栽土壤和大白菜中的鉛含量分別為0.16、0.24、0.05 mg/kg;鉻含量分別為0.29、0.12、0.02 mg/kg;其余3種重金屬(砷、鎘、汞)在三者體內(nèi)的含量均為0.04、0.01、0.04 mg/kg。重金屬評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明,藻-草-泥有機(jī)肥中重金屬含量遠(yuǎn)低于有機(jī)肥料中限量指標(biāo)的要求,符合重金屬安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。土壤中的綜合污染指數(shù)為0.05,遠(yuǎn)小于安全等級(jí)的限量值,屬于安全等級(jí),此土壤上種植的作物不會(huì)被污染。大白菜中鉛、砷、鉻、鎘單因子污染指數(shù)分別為0.26、0.08、0.04、0.20,遠(yuǎn)小于清潔水平的限量值,且均符合無(wú)公害蔬菜的安全要求。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the safety of heavy metals in the use of cyanobacteria, water grass and sediment as organic fertilizer in Chaohu Lake, organic manure was made by composting at high temperature, and the contents of heavy metals in organic manure, potted soil and Chinese cabbage were determined. The safety of heavy metals in soil and Chinese cabbage was evaluated by Nemero pollution index method and single factor pollution index method respectively. The results showed that the contents of lead in organic fertilizer, potted soil and Chinese cabbage were 0.16 ~ 0.24 ~ 0. 05 mg / kg, Cr = 0. 29 ~ 0. 12 ~ 0. 02 mg / kg, and the other three heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, mercury) were 0.04 ~ 0. 01 ~ 0. 04 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) respectively. The results of heavy metal evaluation showed that the content of heavy metals in algae-grass-mud organic fertilizer was much lower than the limit index of organic fertilizer, which was in line with the safety standard of heavy metals. The comprehensive pollution index in the soil is 0.05, which is far less than the limited value of the safety grade and belongs to the safety grade. The crops planted on the soil will not be contaminated. The single factor pollution index of lead, arsenic, chromium and cadmium in Chinese cabbage was 0.26 ~ 0.08 ~ 0.04 ~ 0.20, which was far less than the limit value of clean level, and all of them met the safety requirements of pollution-free vegetables.
