【摘要】：本研究以提高深紅蟲草Cordyceps cardinalis C033次級代謝產物卵孢菌素的產量為目標,對其產卵孢菌素的培養(yǎng)基進行篩選,并利用單因素和正交試驗對深紅蟲草產卵孢菌素的發(fā)酵條件進行了優(yōu)化。結果表明,深紅蟲草產卵孢菌素的最適發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基為馬鈴薯 蛋白胨 葡萄糖培養(yǎng)基,最佳發(fā)酵參數為:發(fā)酵時間6d,培養(yǎng)基初始p H 7.0,接種量6%,培養(yǎng)溫度24℃,每500m L錐形瓶裝液量100m L,搖瓶轉速120r/min。用最佳培養(yǎng)基進行發(fā)酵條件優(yōu)化后獲得卵孢菌素448.70μg/m L,產量是優(yōu)化前的10.14倍。該研究結果為菌株C033在農業(yè)害蟲防治上的應用奠定了基礎。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to improve the yield of the secondary metabolite of Cordyceps cardinalis C033, and to screen the culture medium for ovulin, a secondary metabolite of Cordyceps cardinalis C033. The fermentation conditions of oosporin from Cordyceps sinensis were optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum fermentation medium for oosporin of Cordyceps sinensis was potato peptone and glucose medium.
