木霉制劑改良濱海鹽漬土臺田生態(tài)效應(yīng)

【摘要】:生物改良濱海鹽漬土是一種投資少、需時短、見效快、長期受益的環(huán)保生態(tài)型技術(shù)。通過田間試驗(yàn)將木霉制劑[活性成分為木霉分生孢子,1×107(CFU)·g~(-1)]施用到濱海中度鹽漬土臺田(含鹽量2.99 g·kg~(-1),砂壤土),對土壤改良臺田試驗(yàn)區(qū)不同處理(施用木霉制劑和常規(guī)對照處理)及輔助試驗(yàn)區(qū)日光溫室(含鹽量0.98 g·kg~(-1),壤土)、濱海輕度鹽漬土開墾田(含鹽量1.75 g·kg-1,輕壤土)、濱海重度鹽漬土河灘地(含鹽量26.19 g·kg~(-1),砂壤土)的耕層土壤取樣室內(nèi)測定,探究木霉在濱海中度鹽漬土臺田施用的生態(tài)效應(yīng)。濱海中度鹽漬土臺田木霉處理與對照處理相比,土壤緊實(shí)度提高177.04%,土壤水穩(wěn)性團(tuán)聚體數(shù)量(≥0.25 mm)提高265.78%,土壤含水率提高320.83%,土壤堿解氮、有效磷、速效鉀和有機(jī)質(zhì)含量分別提高96.14%、42.17%、105.65%和63.79%;土壤稀釋法培養(yǎng)微生物,細(xì)菌、放線菌、真菌、固氮菌數(shù)量比對照分別提高170.95%、82.68%、152.17%和471.93%。濱海中度鹽漬土臺田木霉處理與濱海重度鹽漬土河灘地比較,有利于植物生長的指標(biāo)土壤緊實(shí)度、水穩(wěn)性團(tuán)聚體、有機(jī)質(zhì)和微生物群落數(shù)量分別提高1.53倍、2.11倍、3.20倍和28.33倍,不利植物生長的水溶性鹽下降96.60%;濱海中度鹽漬土臺田通過木霉制劑改良,土壤緊實(shí)度、總孔隙度、含水率、有效磷、有機(jī)質(zhì)和微生物數(shù)量與濱海輕度鹽漬土開墾田相比無顯著差異;濱海中度鹽漬土臺田木霉處理后土壤容重降低、總孔隙度增加,與高產(chǎn)日光溫室非鹽漬化土壤相比接近。濱海重度鹽漬土通過沙土抬高1.2 m筑田變?yōu)橹卸塞}漬土,降鹽效果較好,再通過加入生物改良措施提高土壤營養(yǎng)和有益微生物,優(yōu)化土壤團(tuán)粒結(jié)構(gòu),利于提高濱海中度鹽漬土臺田改良效率和質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)濱海中度鹽漬土臺田生態(tài)的改善。
[Abstract]:Biological improvement of coastal saline soil is a kind of environmental protection ecological technology with less investment, short time, quick effect and long term benefit. Through field experiment, Trichoderma preparation [active ingredient 1 脳 107 (CFU) g-1] was applied to littoral medium saline soil terrace (salt content 2.99 g kg ~ (-1), sandy loam). Different treatments (application of Trichoderma preparation and conventional soil) were carried out in the experimental area of soil improvement. Soil samples were collected in greenhouse (0.98 g kg ~ (-1), loam), reclamation field (1.75 g 路kg ~ (-1), light loam) in littoral light saline soil, and in seashore heavy saline soil (26.19 g kg ~ (-1), sandy loam soil) in the auxiliary test area, and the results showed that the soil content was 0.98 g kg ~ (-1), 0.98 g kg ~ (-1), loam soil in the auxiliary test area, 1.75 g 路kg ~ (-1) in littoral saline soil, and 26.19 g kg ~ (-1) in sandy loam.
