黑河自然保護(hù)區(qū)沼澤濕地土壤化學(xué)性質(zhì)的空間分布特征研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)對(duì)張掖黑河濕地國(guó)家級(jí)自然保護(hù)區(qū)沼澤濕地野外調(diào)查、土樣采集、實(shí)驗(yàn)室分析,利用空間分布格局代替時(shí)間演替序列,應(yīng)用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)及線(xiàn)性回歸和相關(guān)性的分析方法,對(duì)該濕地的速效養(yǎng)分、有機(jī)質(zhì)和土壤全鹽含量及pH進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)(SOM)含量隨著土層深度的增加而顯著增加;速效氮(AN)含量垂直分異明顯且整體趨勢(shì)先減少后急劇增加;土壤中速效磷(AP)、速效鉀(AK)、全鹽含量空間分布存在表聚現(xiàn)象,上高下低的分布格局明顯;pH值含量空間分布差異不大但該地區(qū)土壤呈堿性和強(qiáng)堿性。pH和SOM存在弱負(fù)相關(guān)性,pH通過(guò)抑制植被的生長(zhǎng)來(lái)間接影響SOM含量;全鹽含量和AK含量具有強(qiáng)烈的乘冪和正線(xiàn)性相關(guān)性。全鹽、SOM、AN、AP、AK含量均屬于中等變異,pH為弱變異。黑河保護(hù)區(qū)濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)正處于退化階段,脆弱性和敏感性使該保護(hù)區(qū)在干旱半干旱區(qū)涵養(yǎng)水源、保持水土的重要性減弱,建立當(dāng)?shù)刈匀粭l件特征基礎(chǔ)上長(zhǎng)期持續(xù)的試驗(yàn)研究,保護(hù)與恢復(fù)措施迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:Through field investigation, soil sample collection, laboratory analysis, using spatial distribution pattern instead of time succession sequence, descriptive statistics, linear regression and correlation analysis method were used to analyze the swamp wetland in Zhangye Heihe Wetland National Nature Reserve. The available nutrients, organic matter, total salt content and pH of the wetland were studied. The results showed that the content of soil organic matter (SOM) increased significantly with the increase of soil depth, and the content of available nitrogen (ANM) increased rapidly, and the total content of soil organic matter (SOM) decreased first and then increased sharply. The distribution of total salt in the soil was observed, and the distribution of the total salt in the soil was characterized by the accumulation of APN, K and K, and the spatial distribution of the total salt was observed. The spatial distribution of soil pH was not different from that of high and low, but there was a weak negative correlation between soil alkalinity and strong alkalinity in this area. The soil pH indirectly affected SOM content by inhibiting vegetation growth. Total salt content and AK content have strong power and positive linear correlation. The content of AK in the whole salt of SOMN ANP was moderate variation and pH was weak variation. The wetland ecosystem of Heihe protected area is in the stage of degradation, and its fragility and sensitivity make the importance of water conservation and soil conservation in arid and semi-arid areas less important, and establish the characteristics of local natural conditions for a long time to continue the experimental study. Protection and recovery measures are imminent.
