除草劑對(duì)星豹蛛活動(dòng)行為的影響

【摘要】:為明確除草劑對(duì)星豹蛛Pardosa astrigera活動(dòng)行為的影響,采用藥膜法測(cè)定乙氧氟草醚、乙羧氟草醚和百草枯3種常規(guī)除草劑對(duì)星豹蛛的毒力,應(yīng)用曠野試驗(yàn)法研究除草劑對(duì)其活動(dòng)行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:乙羧氟草醚對(duì)星豹蛛的LC10為6.75 g/L,乙氧氟草醚的LC10為1.09 g/L,3種除草劑對(duì)星豹蛛的毒力順序?yàn)橐已醴菝岩音确菝寻俨菘。高濃?5.81~10.53 g/L)乙氧氟草醚處理后雄蛛的行走總路程和平均行走速度均較推薦濃度處理(0.07 g/L)顯著降低,6.75 g/L乙羧氟草醚處理后雌蛛行走總路程較其余濃度處理顯著降低、雄蛛最大行走速度較0.08 g/L濃度處理顯著降低,但這2種除草劑各濃度處理均與對(duì)照無(wú)顯著差異;80.00 g/L百草枯處理后雄蛛的行走總路程、最大行走速度和平均行走速度均較對(duì)照顯著降低,分別為248.48 cm、12.03 cm/s和0.83 cm/s,4.00~20.00 g/L百草枯處理后雌蛛最大行走速度較80.00 g/L處理顯著下降。5.81 g/L乙氧氟草醚處理后雄蛛行走區(qū)域數(shù)顯著下降,較對(duì)照下降了4.57個(gè),而雌蛛行走區(qū)域數(shù)則顯著升高,較對(duì)照增加了2.20個(gè)。20.83 g/L乙羧氟草醚處理后雄蛛在中心區(qū)域停留時(shí)間最短,為0.48 s,占總時(shí)間的比例僅為0.16%,5.81 g/L乙氧氟草醚處理后雌蛛在中心區(qū)域停留時(shí)間最長(zhǎng),為15.94 s,占總時(shí)間的比例為5.31%。表明高濃度除草劑處理星豹蛛后對(duì)其活動(dòng)行為影響顯著,而推薦濃度處理后對(duì)其無(wú)顯著影響,說(shuō)明3種除草劑在推薦劑量下對(duì)星豹蛛相對(duì)安全。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the effect of herbicides on the activity of Pardosa astrigera, the toxicity of three conventional herbicides, ethoxyflurane, carboxyflurane and paraquat, was determined by membrane method. The effect of herbicide on the activity of herbicide was studied by field test. The results showed that the LC10 of carboxyflurane was 6.75g / L and the LC10 of ethoxyflurane was 1.09 g 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1). The order of toxicity of three herbicides was ethoxyflurane, paraquat. The total walking distance and the average walking speed of male spiders treated with ethoxyflurane were significantly lower than that of the recommended concentration treatment (0.07 g / L). The total distance of female spiders after treatment with 6.75 g / L ethoxyflurane was significantly lower than that of the other concentration treatments. The maximum walking speed of male spider was significantly lower than that of 0.08 g / L treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two herbicide concentration treatments and the control. The total walking distance of male spider was 80.00 g / L paraquat treatment. The maximum walking speed and average walking speed of female spiders were significantly lower than that of the control, which were 248.48 cm / L 12.03 cm/s and 0.83 cm / s / L paraquat treatment, respectively, and the maximum walking speed of female spiders decreased significantly after treatment with paraquat at 80.00 g / L, and the number of walking areas of male spiders decreased significantly after treatment of 5.81 g / L ethoxyflurane, respectively. Compared with the control group, the number of walking areas of female spiders decreased by 4.57, and increased by 2.20 .20.83 g / L ethoxyflurane, and the male spiders stayed in the central region for the shortest time. It was 0.48 s, the proportion of the total time was only 0.16% 5.81 g / L ethoxyflurane treatment, the female spider stayed in the central area the longest, 15.94 s, the proportion of the total time was 5.31. The results showed that the high concentration herbicide had a significant effect on the activity behavior of the spider, but the recommended concentration had no significant effect on the activity of the spider, indicating that the three herbicides were relatively safe for the spider at the recommended dose.
