【摘要】：氣候變化不但會對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)出產(chǎn)生影響,而且還會對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)要素投入產(chǎn)生影響。利用我國26個省2001—2012年的面板數(shù)據(jù),實證分析氣溫和降水量變化對我國種植業(yè)生產(chǎn)中化肥使用強度的影響,結(jié)果表明:從整體看,年平均氣溫上升有助于降低化肥的使用強度,而年降水量的增加則會提升化肥的使用強度;對于熱帶亞熱帶季風氣候區(qū),降水量增加、氣溫上升均會導致化肥使用強度增加;對于溫帶季風氣候區(qū),氣溫上升會導致化肥使用強度下降,但是降水量增加對化肥使用強度的影響不顯著。氣候變化對不同氣候區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的化肥投入具有不同的影響,因此有關(guān)化肥控制的政策有必要考慮氣候因素的影響,政策目標的設(shè)定也應體現(xiàn)區(qū)域差異。
[Abstract]:Climate change will not only have an impact on agricultural output, but also on the input of agricultural factors. Based on the panel data from 2001 to 2012 in 26 provinces of China, this paper empirically analyzes the effect of temperature and precipitation changes on the intensity of fertilizer use in crop production in China. The results show that: from the overall point of view, The increase of annual average temperature will help to reduce the use intensity of chemical fertilizer, but the increase of annual precipitation will increase the intensity of fertilizer use, for the tropical subtropical monsoon climate, the increase of precipitation will lead to the increase of chemical fertilizer use intensity. For temperate monsoon climate, the increase of temperature will lead to the decrease of fertilizer use intensity, but the increase of precipitation has no significant effect on fertilizer use intensity. Climate change has different effects on the input of chemical fertilizer in agricultural production in different climate regions, so it is necessary to consider the influence of climate factors on the policy of chemical fertilizer control, and the setting of policy objectives should also reflect regional differences.
