【摘要】：在植物病原菌的常規(guī)培養(yǎng)中,經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到雜菌污染和培養(yǎng)基干燥的問題。本文介紹一種簡易而有效的解決方法,其要點(diǎn)是利用密封式普通塑料保鮮盒盛放培養(yǎng)基平板,再轉(zhuǎn)移到培養(yǎng)箱中培養(yǎng)。該方法特別適合需要長期培養(yǎng)的測試工作。除了平板培養(yǎng)外,該方法還可用于其他形式的培養(yǎng),以防止培養(yǎng)皿內(nèi)試驗(yàn)材料的水分散失和雜菌污染。
[Abstract]:In the conventional culture of plant pathogens, the problems of contamination of miscellaneous bacteria and drying of culture medium are often encountered. A simple and effective solution is introduced in this paper. The main point of this method is to use the sealed ordinary plastic box to put the plate in the culture medium and then transfer it to the incubator. This method is especially suitable for long-term cultivation. In addition to plate culture, this method can also be used in other forms of culture to prevent moisture loss and contamination of test materials in petri dishes.
