利用牛糞濃漿水為原料的光合細菌發(fā)酵研究

【摘要】:畜禽養(yǎng)殖污染是造成我國農(nóng)村面源污染的主要原因之一.傳統(tǒng)的畜禽糞便處理方式是通過一系列處理方法使其達標排放,浪費了其中大量的有機物、氨氮等物質(zhì).以牛糞水為處理對象,首先篩選破膠劑對其進行預處理,再將其作為微生物培養(yǎng)基,進行光合細菌培養(yǎng).實驗結(jié)果表明:在牛糞水中加入破膠劑JP-1處理后得到的上清液作為培養(yǎng)基原料,在溫度為35.5℃、pH值為7.67~7.98、最佳光照時間為48 h的條件下培養(yǎng)光合細菌,其菌液吸光度達到2.185.;因此,以牛糞水為原料的光合細菌培養(yǎng)方法具有可行性.
[Abstract]:Livestock and poultry pollution is one of the main causes of non-point source pollution in rural areas of China. The traditional disposal method of livestock and poultry dung is a series of treatment methods to make it discharge up to the standard, which waste a lot of organic matter, ammonia nitrogen and so on. The bovine dung water was used as the treatment object. Firstly, the gel breaking agent was selected to pretreat it, and then it was used as the microbial medium for the cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria.
