黃帝陵古柏林地表昆蟲多樣性研究

【摘要】:通過巴氏罐誘集法對黃帝陵4個不同類型側(cè)柏林地及1個對照樣地進行了地表昆蟲多樣性研究,從5個樣地共采集到地表昆蟲1816頭,隸屬7目29科,以鞘翅目(占59.65%)和膜翅目(占26.1%)昆蟲數(shù)量最多,其中步甲科(占33.75%)、蟻科(占25.98%)、金龜科(占14.88%)是優(yōu)勢類群。在科級水平上,物種數(shù)和Shannon-Wiener多樣指數(shù)由高到低的順序均依次為樣地Ⅴ(梨園村古柏林)樣地Ⅰ(側(cè)柏幼樹林)樣地Ⅲ(側(cè)柏中齡林)樣地Ⅱ(側(cè)柏古樹林)樣地Ⅳ(古柏-油松混交林)。樣地間的植被覆蓋率、坡向、人為管理措施等是影響該地域地表昆蟲多樣性的主要因素。
[Abstract]:The diversity of surface insects in 4 different types of Platycladus orientalis woodland and 1 pair of plots in Huangdi Mausoleum was studied by means of Pap pot trap method. 1816 insects belonging to 7 orders and 29 families were collected from 5 plots. The order Coleoptera (59.65) and Hymenoptera (26.1) are the most abundant, among which the Artemiidae (33.75), the ant (25.9898) and the Tortoidae (14.8888) are the dominant groups.
