【摘要】：在數(shù)據(jù)密集型科學(xué)研究新形勢下,科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)作為重要的科技資源需要得到有效地管理,數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護應(yīng)運而生。本文在分析國內(nèi)外科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,針對我國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理與共享現(xiàn)狀,從政策制度、實施策略、流程管理、平臺建設(shè)和培訓(xùn)教育等方面為我國農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護提出5點建議,以期為農(nóng)業(yè)科研機構(gòu)開展數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)護實踐提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of data-intensive scientific research, scientific data, as an important scientific and technological resource, needs to be effectively managed, and data monitoring emerges as the times require. Based on the analysis of the current situation of scientific data monitoring at home and abroad, this paper aims at the current situation of agricultural scientific data management and sharing in China, from the policy system, implementation strategy, process management, The platform construction and training and education provide five suggestions for the scientific data monitoring in the field of agriculture in China, in order to provide reference for the agricultural scientific research institutions to carry out the data monitoring practice.
