蚌湖表層土壤有機(jī)碳的分布特征

【摘要】:于2016年1月21~23日,以蚌湖為研究區(qū),在高程10~17 m區(qū)間,以1 m為落差,設(shè)置7個(gè)采樣帶,分別采集7個(gè)采樣帶0~20 cm深度的土壤樣品,分析其有機(jī)碳含量。結(jié)果表明,蚌湖0~20 cm深度土壤有機(jī)碳含量具有較為明顯的梯度特征,0~10 cm深度土壤有機(jī)碳含量最高值出現(xiàn)在高程14~15 m采樣點(diǎn),最低值出現(xiàn)在高程16~17 m采樣點(diǎn),變化范圍為6.36~23.32 g/kg;10~20 cm深度土壤有機(jī)碳含量最高值出現(xiàn)在高程14~15 m采樣點(diǎn),最低值出現(xiàn)在高程15~16 m采樣點(diǎn),變化范圍為4.74~8.88 g/kg;0~10 cm深度土壤有機(jī)碳含量比10~20 cm深度土壤有機(jī)碳含量的梯度分布更明顯。0~10 cm深度土壤有機(jī)碳含量與地上生物量顯著正相關(guān)(p0.05),與其它因子不相關(guān);10~20 cm深度土壤有機(jī)碳含量與土壤含水量顯著正相關(guān)(p0.05),與其它因子不相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:From January 21 to 23, 2016, taking the clam lake as the study area, in the range of 10m and 17m of elevation, 7 sampling bands were set up to collect soil samples with 0 ~ 20 cm depth, and their organic carbon contents were analyzed. The results showed that the soil organic carbon content at the depth of 0 ~ 20 cm in the clam lake had obvious gradient characteristics. The highest value of soil organic carbon content at the depth of 0 ~ 10 cm appeared at the sampling site of 1415 m in height, and the lowest value appeared at the sampling point of 1617 m in height. The range of variation was 6.36 ~ 23.32 g / kg ~ (-1) ~ (10) ~ (20) cm depth soil organic carbon content, the highest value appeared at the sampling point of 14 ~ 15 m height, and the lowest value appeared at a sampling point of 1516 m height. The variation range is 4.74 ~ 8.88 g / kg ~ (-1) ~ (10) cm depth soil organic carbon content is more obvious than that of 10 ~ (20) cm depth soil organic carbon content gradient distribution. 0 ~ (10) ~ (10) cm depth soil organic carbon content and aboveground biomass have a significant positive correlation (p 0.05), and have no correlation with other factors (10 ~ (20) cm). There was a significant positive correlation between soil organic carbon content and soil moisture content, but no correlation between soil organic carbon content and other factors.
