赤峰某地褐煤制取腐植酸鉀實驗研究

【摘要】:以內(nèi)蒙古赤峰某地褐煤為原料,分別采用氫氧化鉀溶液、氫氧化鉀與碳酸鉀混合溶液兩種提取液,進行了制備腐植酸鉀的條件實驗和正交實驗,探究提取劑用量、固液比、熱處理時間對腐植酸提取率的影響。結(jié)果表明,制備腐植酸鉀的優(yōu)化工藝條件為:在90℃下水浴1 h,固液質(zhì)量比1∶10,氫氧化鉀與碳酸鉀混合液濃度1.0%+0.5%。在此優(yōu)化條件下,腐植酸鉀提取率87.2%。水溶性腐植酸含量52.5%,氧化鉀含量22.6%,水不溶物含量9.5%,p H值11.0,水分含量約1.5%。
