基于OGC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的耕地地理信息共享服務(wù)

【摘要】:當(dāng)前相關(guān)部門已積累了大量的耕地地力及作物用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)成果,但數(shù)據(jù)資源分散、缺少共享。數(shù)據(jù)擁有者與數(shù)據(jù)使用者之間的相互隔離,造成了極大的浪費(fèi)。開放地理空間聯(lián)盟(Open Geospatial Consortium,OGC)致力于地理信息數(shù)據(jù)的共享,制定了一系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn),廣泛應(yīng)用于多源地理信息數(shù)據(jù)的共享與發(fā)布;贠GC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及長期積累的福建省耕地地力及作物用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)地理數(shù)據(jù),研究了耕地綜合信息共享服務(wù)的內(nèi)容、方式及區(qū)域耕地綜合信息共享服務(wù)平臺(tái)的體系構(gòu)建。以福建省為例,構(gòu)建了信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)的在線示范應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),可向基層農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)部門提供精準(zhǔn)的耕地綜合信息服務(wù),也可以向其他第三方單位構(gòu)建的農(nóng)業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)提供共享數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)。耕地綜合信息服務(wù)的發(fā)布為區(qū)域耕地質(zhì)量改善和作物種植結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù),可有效提高積累的農(nóng)業(yè)科研生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的共享和使用率。
[Abstract]:At present, the relevant departments have accumulated a large number of cultivated land fertility and crop land suitability evaluation results, but the data resources are scattered and lack of sharing. The separation between the data owner and the data user causes great waste. Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) is dedicated to the sharing of geographic information data, and has developed a series of standards, which are widely used in the sharing and publishing of multi-source geographic information data. Based on the OGC standard and the geographic data of cultivated land fertility and crop land suitability evaluation in Fujian province, the content, mode and system construction of comprehensive cultivated land information sharing service platform were studied. Taking Fujian Province as an example, an online demonstration application system of information service platform is constructed, which can provide accurate comprehensive information service of cultivated land to grass-roots agricultural technical departments. It can also provide shared data services to agricultural information systems built by other third parties. The release of comprehensive information service of cultivated land provides the basic data service for the improvement of regional cultivated land quality and the optimization of crop planting structure, and can effectively improve the sharing and utilization rate of accumulated agricultural scientific research and production data.
