基于有限元的農(nóng)機產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化分析和仿真系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:農(nóng)機產(chǎn)品的部件大部分為復(fù)雜模型,而有限元分析成本較高,單一企業(yè)的有限元分析能力較弱。為了解決這一難題,提出了一種基于云計算的有限元農(nóng)機產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化仿真分析系統(tǒng)。云計算平臺由3層組成,采用參數(shù)化建模方式,本地工程師通過云計算資源池提供的參數(shù)建模界面可以完成農(nóng)機產(chǎn)品建模,建好的模型可以直接通過軟件接口導(dǎo)入到云分析層,通過迭代計算得到云計算虛擬仿真結(jié)果,再由展示層以云圖或者曲線的形式展現(xiàn)出來。對平臺的性能進行了測試,結(jié)果表明:基于云計算的有限元農(nóng)機數(shù)字化分析系統(tǒng)能有效地完成參數(shù)化建模、有限元仿真和計算結(jié)果的處理,可為聯(lián)盟內(nèi)企業(yè)提供共享和協(xié)同計算服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The components of agricultural machinery products are mostly complex models, but the cost of finite element analysis is high, and the finite element analysis ability of single enterprise is weak.In order to solve this problem, a numerical simulation and analysis system of finite element agricultural machinery products based on cloud computing is proposed.The cloud computing platform is composed of three layers and adopts parameterized modeling method. Local engineers can model agricultural machinery products through the parametric modeling interface provided by cloud computing resource pool, and the built models can be directly imported into cloud analysis layer through software interface.The virtual simulation results of cloud computing are obtained by iterative computation, and then displayed by the display layer in the form of cloud map or curve.The performance of the platform is tested. The results show that the numerical finite element analysis system based on cloud computing can effectively complete the parameterized modeling, finite element simulation and the processing of calculation results.It can provide sharing and collaborative computing services for enterprises in the alliance.
