【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速增長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程中無(wú)疑會(huì)帶來(lái)一系列的環(huán)境污染,隨著全球資源循環(huán)利用和環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)尤其是農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染的改善成為全球關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。我國(guó)大力發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè),實(shí)行循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),也是控制農(nóng)業(yè)污染,保護(hù)人們賴以生存的環(huán)境。論文首先闡述了農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染研究的背景和意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染的概念、農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染與農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)出的增長(zhǎng)以及面源污染治理的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理和歸納,發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)外的文獻(xiàn)多注重面源污染的治理措施,而國(guó)內(nèi)主要是對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染的類型、來(lái)源及控制研究。緊接著從理論上的角度,利用已有的觀點(diǎn)對(duì)面源污染的來(lái)源和控制進(jìn)行理論分析,包括庫(kù)茲涅茨曲線理論。然后,搜集湖南省的數(shù)據(jù),利用單元調(diào)查法,從農(nóng)田化肥、畜禽養(yǎng)殖和生活污染三個(gè)單元對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染的指標(biāo)氮、磷排放量進(jìn)行測(cè)算,用回歸分析方法進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。結(jié)果表明,湖南省農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染和產(chǎn)出增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系符合開口向下的二次曲線,即倒“U”型曲線的特征,湖南省現(xiàn)在處在曲線的最高點(diǎn)接近拐點(diǎn)處,說(shuō)明湖南省當(dāng)前的污染十分嚴(yán)重,必須采取相關(guān)的手段進(jìn)行控制。最后,農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境最重要也急需解決的一個(gè)問(wèn)題,本文從完善政策法規(guī),提高農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新程度,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村環(huán)境管理與監(jiān)督,大力發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)和進(jìn)一步提高農(nóng)戶的環(huán)保意識(shí)方面對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染的防治提供了一些建議。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid economic growth, there will undoubtedly be a series of environmental pollution, with the global recycling of resources and environmental protection awareness increased, The improvement of environmental protection, especially agricultural non-point source pollution, has become the focus of global attention. Firstly, the background and significance of agricultural non-point source pollution research, the concept of agricultural non-point source pollution at home and abroad are expounded. The literature on agricultural non-point source pollution, agricultural output growth and non-point source pollution control is summarized and summarized. It is found that the foreign literature pays more attention to non-point source pollution control measures, while the main type of agricultural non-point source pollution in China is the type of agricultural non-point source pollution. Source and control research. Then, from the theoretical point of view, using the existing viewpoints to analyze the source and control of non-point source pollution, including Kuznets curve theory. Then, collect the data of Hunan Province, use the unit survey method, The nitrogen and phosphorus emissions of agricultural non-point source pollution were calculated from three units of farmland chemical fertilizer, livestock breeding and domestic pollution. The results showed that the nitrogen and phosphorus emissions of agricultural non-point source pollution were predicted by regression analysis. The relationship between agricultural non-point source pollution and output growth in Hunan Province accords with the characteristics of the inverted "U" curve, which is an open down quadratic curve. Hunan Province is now at the highest point near the inflection point of the curve, indicating that the current pollution in Hunan Province is very serious. Finally, the problem of agricultural non-point source pollution has become the most important and urgent problem to be solved in the agricultural ecological environment. Strengthening rural environmental management and supervision, vigorously developing ecological agriculture and further raising farmers' awareness of environmental protection provide some suggestions for the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution.
