川西亞高山3種森林土壤碳氮磷及微生物生物量特征

【摘要】:以空間代替時(shí)間的方法,對川西亞高山天然針葉林、樺木次生林、人工云杉林有機(jī)層和礦質(zhì)層土壤碳、氮、磷化學(xué)計(jì)量以及土壤微生物生物量和呼吸進(jìn)行比較分析.結(jié)果表明,天然針葉林轉(zhuǎn)化為次生林和人工林,土壤有機(jī)層碳、氮、磷,微生物生物量碳、氮含量及微生物呼吸均顯著下降,其中微生物生物量碳依次為天然林(727.98 mg/kg)次生林(554.56 mg/kg)人工林(239.83 mg/kg),微生物生物量氮為天然林(72.56 mg/kg)次生林(50.42 mg/kg)人工林(20.78 mg/kg),而礦質(zhì)層各測定變量在3個(gè)森林群落之間差異基本不顯著.各森林群落有機(jī)層土壤碳、氮、磷,微生物生物量及呼吸均顯著高于礦質(zhì)層,而碳氮比和微生物生物量碳氮比在土壤層次之間差異不大.相關(guān)分析表明,土壤碳、氮、磷及化學(xué)計(jì)量比及微生物變量之間存在顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系.綜上所述,森林轉(zhuǎn)換顯著影響川西亞高山土壤碳、氮、磷化學(xué)計(jì)量及微生物生物量,且影響主要體現(xiàn)在土壤有機(jī)層.
[Abstract]:The soil carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus stoichiometry, microbial biomass and respiration in organic and mineral layers of natural coniferous forest, birch secondary forest and artificial spruce forest in western Sichuan were analyzed by space instead of time. Natural coniferous forest was transformed into secondary forest and artificial forest. Soil organic layer carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen content and microbial respiration decreased significantly. The microbial biomass carbon in natural forest is 727.98 mg / kg) in secondary forest (554.56 mg / kg). In artificial forest, it is 239.83 mg / kg. The microbial biomass nitrogen is 72.56 mg / kg in natural forest. The biomass nitrogen in secondary forest is 50.42 mg / kg). Soil carbon in organic layers of forest communities, Nitrogen, phosphorus, microbial biomass and respiration were significantly higher than those in mineral layer, but there was no significant difference between soil carbon and nitrogen ratio. In conclusion, forest conversion significantly affected carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and microbial biomass in the subalpine soils of western Sichuan, and the effects were mainly in the soil organic layer.
