【摘要】：固液分離是畜禽糞便后續(xù)處理利用的重要環(huán)節(jié),針對現(xiàn)有固液分離機處理高濃度糞污混合物存在效率低、分離效果差等問題,該文設(shè)計了一種斷齒螺旋脫水裝置,以高濃度豬糞為試驗對象,采用Box-Benhnken中心組合試驗對斷齒螺旋脫水裝置的工作參數(shù)進行了優(yōu)化試驗,以螺旋轉(zhuǎn)速、間斷距離、配重位置為影響因素,以分離效率和擠出物含水率為目標函數(shù),建立了影響因素與目標函數(shù)之間的多元數(shù)學回歸模型。通過試驗并結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實際,最終獲出最佳工作參數(shù)組合為:間斷距離37 mm,轉(zhuǎn)速56 r/min、配重塊處于配重桿309 mm位置處(相對位置),此時分離效率為5.43 m3/h,擠出物含水率為53.52%,試驗結(jié)果與理論優(yōu)化值間的誤差小于10%,最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合下固體回收率實測值為54.91%,表明該文得出的多元數(shù)學回歸模型與真實值間的擬合度較高,可為高濃度糞污混合物固液分離機的設(shè)計與應用提供參考。
[Abstract]:Solid-liquid separation is an important link in the subsequent treatment and utilization of livestock and poultry feces. In view of the problems of low efficiency and poor separation effect in the treatment of high concentration fecal waste mixture by the existing solid-liquid separator, a screw dehydration device with broken teeth is designed in this paper. Taking high concentration pig dung as the experimental object, the working parameters of the screw dewatering device with broken teeth were optimized by Box-Benhnken central combination test. The helical rotation speed, discontinuous distance and counterweight position were taken as the influencing factors. Taking the separation efficiency and moisture content of extrudate as the objective function, a multivariate mathematical regression model between the influencing factors and the objective function was established. The optimum working parameters were obtained as follows: discontinuous distance 37 mm, rotational speed 56 r / min, weight distribution block at 309 mm position of counterweight rod (relative position), separation efficiency 5.43 m3 / h, moisture content of extrusion material 53.52%. Test results and theoretical optimization value. The error is less than 10 and the measured solid recovery value is 54.91 under the optimal parameter combination, which indicates that the fitting degree between the multivariate mathematical regression model and the real value is higher. It can provide reference for the design and application of solid-liquid separator for high concentration fecal waste mixture.
