庫布齊沙漠不同人工固沙灌木林土壤微生物量與土壤養(yǎng)分特征

【摘要】:在庫布齊沙漠東段選取人工油蒿+楊柴半灌木混交林、人工檸條錦雞兒灌木林和人工沙柳灌木林3種人工固沙灌木林為對象,以流動(dòng)沙地為對照,研究了不同人工固沙灌木林土壤微生物生物量碳和氮、土壤微生物數(shù)量、土壤養(yǎng)分變化特征及其相互間的關(guān)系,并運(yùn)用綜合指數(shù)法對不同人工固沙灌木林的土壤恢復(fù)效果進(jìn)行評價(jià).結(jié)果表明:與流動(dòng)沙地相比,3種人工固沙灌木林土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮、全磷、速效氮、速效磷含量均有不同程度的提高,表現(xiàn)為油蒿+楊柴林地檸條錦雞兒林地沙柳林地,且均隨土層加深而依次降低;3種人工固沙灌木林土壤微生物數(shù)量、微生物生物量碳和氮均較流動(dòng)沙地有不同程度的提高,油蒿+楊柴林地土壤微生物生物量碳氮和細(xì)菌相對數(shù)量高于檸條錦雞兒林地和沙柳林地,而真菌與放線菌相對數(shù)量則表現(xiàn)為檸條錦雞兒林地沙柳林地油蒿+楊柴林地;影響3種人工固沙灌木林土壤細(xì)菌相對數(shù)量、微生物生物量碳和氮的因素是土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮、全磷、速效氮、速效磷含量及C/N,而放線菌、真菌相對數(shù)量主要受土壤全磷、速效氮和速效磷含量的影響;不同人工固沙灌木林土壤質(zhì)量排序?yàn)?油蒿+楊柴林地檸條錦雞兒林地沙柳林地流動(dòng)沙地,表明不同人工固沙灌木林的建植均能提高沙漠土壤質(zhì)量,其中營造油蒿+楊柴半灌木混交林對提高土壤綜合質(zhì)量效果最好.
[Abstract]:In the eastern section of Kubuqi Desert, three kinds of artificial sand fixation shrub forest, artificial Caragana Caragana shrub and artificial Salix shrub, were selected, and the flow sandy land was used as control. The soil microbial biomass, carbon and nitrogen, the number of soil microorganisms, the variation characteristics of soil nutrients and their relationships in different artificial sand fixation shrubs were studied. The effect of soil restoration in different artificial sand fixation shrub forest was evaluated by comprehensive index method. The results showed that the soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and available nitrogen of three kinds of artificial sand fixation shrub forest were compared with the moving sandy land. The content of available phosphorus was increased in different degree, which showed that the soil microbial quantity of three kinds of artificial sand fixation shrub was decreased with the deepening of soil layer, which was shown in the forest land of Caragana korshinskii, Artemisia artemisia, and Caragana korshinskii. Microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen were increased in different degree than those in flowing sandy land. Soil microbial biomass, carbon, nitrogen and relative number of bacteria in Artemisia annua forest were higher than those in Caragana korshinskii and Salix korshinskii forest. The relative number of fungi and actinomycetes was shown as Artemisia artemisia forest in Caragana korshinskii forest, the relative number of bacteria in soil of three artificial sand fixation shrub forest was affected, the factors of microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen were soil organic matter and total nitrogen. The contents of total phosphorus, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and C / N, and the relative quantity of actinomycetes and fungi were mainly affected by the contents of total phosphorus, available nitrogen and available phosphorus in soil. The order of soil quality of different artificial sand fixation shrub forest was as follows: Artemisia annua forest land, Caragana korshinskii forest land, sand willow forest land flow sandy land, which indicated that the establishment of different artificial sand fixation shrub forest could improve the desert soil quality. Among them, the mixed forest of poplar and firewood was the best to improve the comprehensive quality of soil.
