【摘要】：當(dāng)前傳統(tǒng)的小農(nóng)經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)無(wú)法擔(dān)負(fù)起保證農(nóng)業(yè)增產(chǎn)、農(nóng)民增收的重任,也不利于食品安全和環(huán)境保護(hù),發(fā)展集約化經(jīng)營(yíng)的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)是大勢(shì)所趨。"第六產(chǎn)業(yè)"正是發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的一劑對(duì)癥良方。其中,在我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,以化肥、農(nóng)藥、農(nóng)膜等為代表的化工產(chǎn)品對(duì)于提高糧食單產(chǎn)、保障糧食自給自足方面作出了重要的貢獻(xiàn)。然而,資源的緊缺、環(huán)境的變化以及農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展,對(duì)支農(nóng)化工產(chǎn)品及農(nóng)化服務(wù)提出了新的要求。本文簡(jiǎn)要回顧了我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)革命的發(fā)展歷程,剖析"第六產(chǎn)業(yè)"的內(nèi)涵,闡述在"第六產(chǎn)業(yè)"視角下,化學(xué)工程及農(nóng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)革命發(fā)展的重要支撐作用。特別地,農(nóng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的重點(diǎn)在于開(kāi)發(fā)節(jié)能、環(huán)保、高效、綠色的新型支農(nóng)化工產(chǎn)品,包括新型化肥、新型低毒農(nóng)藥、高性能可降解農(nóng)膜等。與此同時(shí),需要改革傳統(tǒng)的化肥施用形式,推廣配套的水肥藥一體化灌溉技術(shù)。此外,"治標(biāo)治本"的新型土壤修復(fù)技術(shù)、良種培育技術(shù)、作物抗逆性能改良技術(shù)、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品高值化技術(shù)、農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物資源化利用技術(shù)等其他涉農(nóng)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新也應(yīng)大力推進(jìn),農(nóng)業(yè)組織形式改造與農(nóng)化服務(wù)升級(jí)也是必不可少的。在"第六產(chǎn)業(yè)"發(fā)展的背景下,農(nóng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)將迎來(lái)新的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),隨著新型化工產(chǎn)品及先進(jìn)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,可望取得重大的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:At present, the traditional small-scale peasant economy has been unable to shoulder the heavy responsibility of ensuring the increase of agricultural production and the increase of farmers' income, which is also not conducive to food safety and environmental protection. The development of intensive management of modern agriculture is the trend of the times. "6th industry" is just a cure for the development of modern agriculture. Among them, in the course of agricultural development in China, fertilizers and pesticides are used. Agricultural film and other representative chemical products have made important contributions to increasing grain yield per unit yield and ensuring food self-sufficiency. However, the shortage of resources, changes in the environment and the development of agricultural modernization, This paper briefly reviews the development course of agricultural revolution in China, analyzes the connotation of "6th industry", and expounds the perspective of "6th industry". Chemical engineering and agrochemical industries play an important role in supporting the development of the agricultural revolution. In particular, the transformation of agro-chemical industries focuses on the development of new types of agricultural and chemical products, including new chemical fertilizers and new low-toxic pesticides, which are energy-saving, environmentally friendly, efficient and green. At the same time, it is necessary to reform the traditional chemical fertilizer application form and popularize the integrated irrigation technology of water, fertilizer and medicine. Technological innovation in other agriculture-related fields, such as crop resistance, high-value agricultural products technology, agricultural waste resource utilization technology, and other agriculture-related fields, should also be vigorously promoted. The transformation of agricultural organization forms and the upgrading of agricultural chemical services are also essential. In the context of the development of "6th industries", the agro-chemical industry will usher in new development opportunities, with the application of new chemical products and advanced technologies. It is expected to achieve great social and economic benefits.
